Realmente para ser un hotel que marca 4 estrellas, su mantenimiento y servicios dejam un mal sabor de boca.... Me he hospedado en varias ocasiones esperando un cambio ante las quejas, pero tal parece que no les interesa y empeora su servicio.

The location was convenient, but the room was very dirty. There was pizza and fries on the floor, the carpet had not been vacuumed. Our heater did not work consistently and kept clicking off and on loudly all night. The beds were rock hard and the sheets were very itchy.

Hotel check in was super easy. We didnt have to pay a deposit. Beds were super firm. Pool was good.

Great family friendly hotel with pool, hot tub and sauna. About 15 minutes to the Mall of America. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Easy to get to. Two-bedroom suite was great for our family.

Great stay, other than our room only got serviced one time on a 5 night stay. We had to ask for that time and got told "sorry we are reallt busy with the holidays"

I had to switch rooms. The first room that I went into the bathroom light was flickering really bad and the toilet wouldn't start running. When I switched rooms, I woke up with sores all over my thighs and my leg. They were bed bug bites. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was great.

Nice hotel with nice accommodations. The window blinds were a little difficult to figure out at first. Overall our room and floor were quiet.

The pool was great, my kids loved how warm it was, the hot tub and sauna were amazing! The breakfast in the mornings were the best we've had in a while for a hotel breakfast.
