The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space, and the bathroom with a walk-in shower and all the amenities you'll need. But the real highlight is the location. Note: Check-in details will be sent 6 hours prior to check-in. You can access the building through the main entrances through the security desk. Use of Common Amenities: *Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management. *Only those listed on the reservation can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Indoor Basketball Court for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others. *Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day. * Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you in advance for respecting our community and helping us serve you. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort is allowed. Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors. Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00 Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.
