馬西酒店式公寓

掛着4星酒店，沒有四星級的服務，基本上的牙刷都沒有，晚上打電話也不給送，第二天才送去，服務體驗很差，停車場超級臭，酒店需要好好的完善下服務體驗和環境，窗外是一大片工地，啥景色也沒有！

酒店入住時間是下午兩點 下午三點抵達卻不能Checkin 而是讓我等候了接近半小時，大堂因為員工身上的氣味而有異味，非常不好聞。房間整潔程度是可接受的，但是我拿到的毛巾上卻有一大片的發霉痕跡，味道聞起來是清洗過的毛巾，在清洗的過程中員工是否有認真的檢查物品？我對此表示懷疑。這家酒店是在我學生時代看著開張的，多年後回到故土這家酒店卻不是我記憶中那般的精緻，對此表示遺憾希望越來越好吧。押金可以不必給現金而是使用網絡匯款方式這點我覺得很棒。

The towels are a little old and dingy. Room is big but toilet area is kinda small. Quite alot of empty spaces around. Water from water heater not that hot. If you are okay with it, it's fine. Need to request for room slippers. Location abit far off, about 20 mins drive to wherever we wanna travel out. If you are not particular with location, then it's fine. Overall, still a comfortable stay.

住了兩天，很舒服，房間乾淨，設施好用，酒店地理位置優越，出門很多吃飯的地方。下次來柔佛還要住在這裏。

衞生就一般，隔音有點差，就是簡簡單單的旅店而已，位置也還好，google search容易找到，這個價錢也嫌棄不了什麼了

Permas Jaya鎮上的精品飯店，整體還是不錯的。價格合理，適合商務出差。很容易找到食物

Well, the lift kinda spooky during night. . The stairs quite okay, but there is no safety for children when taking the stairs. . the light too dim.. even have refrigerator, luckly stay for a night only because brought frozen food from my home town in Selangor and luckly my sister in law are near by . The bed kinda noisy when moving around on the bed, need to be fix of everything Recommended for one night stand, but not few day… Unless you have to Oh it’s kind spooky during night… need to have few friend or family members, to stay together…

對於預算的旅行者來說還可以。房間有點小。插頭只有1個。牀單和枕套有點破舊。提供的浴巾是破的。提供早餐,您可以選擇,但僅根據選擇,僅一人供應。不是自助餐。有米飯,咖喱面,麥片,麪包和蘑菇湯,茶水或咖啡。

是一種經濟型酒店。房間裡沒有吹風機，沒有拖鞋，沒有置物櫃。提供 3 合 1 咖啡和拉茶、水壺、2 支牙刷、2 條毛巾、1 個落地塔、3 個衣架和 2 合 1 洗髮精。熱水淋浴不是很熱，調到最大，就像室溫一樣，出水正常。當地按摩師（沙巴、馬來人、1個印度人）按摩店就在飯店旁邊，2小時熱油按摩約RM160（頭部、手部、腿部、一些基本的足部按摩和背部按摩+免費的背部臉部和刮痧或耳燭）。位置很好，您還可以在該地區漫步尋找其他選擇，藥局和快餐店就在街道的盡頭。房間基本上乾淨，沒想到很新，椅子上有髒污漬。床單還可以，乾淨，有4個枕頭。

As an environmental conscious person. It is good to see that the hotel didn't provide the small cleaning items such as disposable toothbrush and small tooth paste. All the necessary items are provided. It is unfortunate that there is a electricity black out in my room before 8.30am and not fix by 10.30am when I came back. But the staff provided me another room before my check out at 12 noon. As I need to use electricity. The staff are friendly. Worth to stay there for non fussy people.
