伯恩倉酒店式公寓

説實話，整個金馬倫的住宿都非常的差勁，我可以理解為材料難以運輸，導致所有酒店無法很好的維護。但是我必須如實的評價。 酒店前台服務非常好，友好且專業 但是酒店整體都很舊，沒有及時的維修和翻新，並且房間的佈局奇怪。 在衞生方面，馬桶上的尿漬沒有清洗乾淨，床單上有奇怪的顏色 但是早餐還不錯，窗外的風景也不錯

酒店很舒服，環境也很好，服務非常好。附近很多地方適合家庭出遊，摘草莓茶葉園很多活動。酒店內有一些自己的活動早上8:30餵魚孩子很喜歡。下午有一個休閑散步有工作人員帶隊還有講解。非常好的地方下次還會來。

Bismillah... *************... Hotel lama, tapi kebersihan ok sahaja, xberhabuk.. Check in tempat lain, bilik bangunan lain... Bangunan sekali dengan mall yang xberapa nak ada barang..😅 View pemandangan cantik, 6th floor. Bilik luas, boleh duduk sampai 4 dewasa.. Pinggan, mangkuk, cawan, oven, peti disediakan.. Water heater di sediakan.. Cuma dalam bilik kaca tu xada kipas..agak meruap

特別推薦來金馬侖的度假型的酒店，非常安靜，遠離大馬路，房間也很大，水很熱，景色美，真是我來大馬住過最好的酒店！

我很高興，在這家酒店感覺很滿意。住在這裡可以提供最好的交通..在wifi、熱水、冰箱、氣炸鍋等等方面..停車場也很寬敞..邀請您的家人或伴侶入住這家酒店是非常值得的..強烈推薦

CLEANESS : very POOR because there are so many cockroaches in the room esspecially under the bed, maybe because the bed itslef made from wood pallets. That is so sensitives things when it comes to hygine, management please solve this issue. LOCATION : EXCELLENT because all the tourist attraction is nearby such as centrum mall, kea farm bazar and so on SERVICE : GOOD because the staff at kea farm super friendly and helpful, easy to deal with them AMENITIES : POOR because the water heater intermittent and that so bad because water heater is so much needed in cold weather, i chose not to complain and change the room because i was lazy to packing up my stuff again. OVERALL : the view is super duper nice, the facilities need to be checked, the hygine ni to improve, the staff deserve bonus😁 Thank you kea garden and trip.com

房間套房非常適合大家庭，非常喜歡住在這裡。所有工作人員都非常友好，為喬先生鼓掌，招待我們的家人並解釋了這個度假村。他非常友善 強烈推薦這個度假村👍👍👍和食物 sangat sedap 尤其是椰漿飯 😍 我們的晚餐火鍋也非常美味。 停車很方便，度假村靠近中心。

1. Limited parking (1st come 1st serve basis) 2. They mentioned WIFI available. But couldnt connect. We did inform them regarding this 2 days in a row but they did make any effort. We booked hotel instead of hotel because WIFI. If we booked apartment usually no WIFI provided. 3. When we checkin to our room, the washroom bowl was dirty. There was poop😡😡😡. I dont think so they clean the room properly b4 our checkin time. 4. To iron we need to go to basement. They didnt provide in room. 1. The thing i like is location. Nothing much other than location.

環境：酒店位於金馬倫中環，地理位置非常不錯，樓下就有很多店鋪和餐廳，還有一個大超市，買東西吃飯都非常方便。缺點是會稍微有一點點吵，但是還可以接受。 衞生：房間整潔乾淨，而且看起來還比較新，整體來説很滿意。 設施：房間非常寬敞。床墊軟硬適中，再加上金馬倫天氣涼爽舒適，睡得還比較踏實。洗漱用品和拖鞋齊備。不過衞生間的乾濕分離稍微差了點，洗完澡整個衞生間的地都濕了有點滑，而且沒有換氣扇水霧比較重。另外熱水器不是特別給力，剛開始水放了很久都燒不熱，後來發現需要把水關到很小才能燒熱。酒店有自己專屬的免費停車位，這點很不錯。 服務：前台很熱情，我們住的地方離前台還有點距離，前台很耐心的講解怎麼過去，入住的時候還有工作人員幫忙把行李提上樓，這點值得稱讚。退房的時候要檢查一下房間，會稍微耽誤一點時間，不過還算迅速。 早餐：早餐是酒店外面的一個小餐車提供的，可以選擇麪條或者稀飯油條，味道還不錯。
