Located 1 mile from the market town of Ledbury and its independent shops and cafes, it is within striking distance of the Malvern Hills and the Wye Valley (Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Festivals nearby are Ledbury Poetry, Hay, Longborough Opera, Cheltenham, Three Counties/Choirs. Comfortable shower room downstairs. Spacious bedroom upstairs with wonderful views over Herefordshire countryside. Workstation upstairs and kitchen table downstairs for those wanting to work. Outside patio with table, chairs and parasol and extensive walking/public footpaths nearby. The pond just below the accommodation has a safety grid which is OFSTED rated.Other things to notePlease note that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs.There is no TV. Our guests enjoy a break from screen time and have specifically commented on the opportunity to switch off!
