Ample parking, room basic but clean. However the receptionist was unfriendly and did not provide information regarding dinner, breakfast or spa. Husband regularly uses Holiday Inn and we yearly bo9k into hotel travelling to Italy. Will not use Holiday Inn again to outbound stay.

Positiv: Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und umfangreich. Dekoration für Weihnachtstage sehr schön und speziell im Empfang und Essbereich. Negativ: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Doppelzimmer viel zu teuer (Wochenende während Weihnachtsmärkte) gegenüber dem üblichen Preis. Vor Hotel ist der Zimmerpreis mit € 89 (last Minute) und ungefähr € 120 Standard angeschrieben. Am zweiten Wochenende Dezember wurde jedoch ein Betrag von € 250 pro Zimmer verlangt. Zimmer waren jedoch Standard ohne spezielle Einrichtung. Ausserdem kein Kühlschrank, kein Flaschenöffner trotz Mineralwasser-Flasche mit Deckelverschluss, keine Duschgel und vor allem keine Infos über das Hotelangebot wie Öffnungszeiten Sauna etc.. Der Slogan vom Hotel über ihre Zimmer ”Bei uns ist jedes Zimmer anders als das andere” kann hier im negativen Sinn gegenüber dem bezahlten Preis angeschaut werden.

位於市中心的絕佳位置,非常漂亮安靜的大房間,在酒店新裝修的部分,437房間(該房間實際上包括2個臥室--可以睡4個人,但我們只有2個牀非常舒服,大型優質淋浴(不幸的是沒有浴缸),功能良好的空中客車,非常友好,樂於助人的英語員工/所有權(謝謝Caroline女士!),酒店後面的私人安全停車場。

We completed our riding tour of the Alsace with our last night in the Parc. Our room was huge, as was our bathroom. The bed was also huge and very comfortable. We had dinner elsewhere and breakfast in the hotel's breakfast room. Staff there were excellent as was the buffet breakfast which we shared with our fellow riders for the last time. The hotel was nicely located in relation to the city and the railway station was only about 400m away.

The condition of Best Western Hotel De La Bourse is quite concerning as it appears to be in a state of decay. A clear indication was the front entry's filthy carpet, which immediately set a negative tone. Additionally, the woman at the reception displayed a somewhat indifferent attitude, making it challenging to get answers without a sigh. The room itself seems outdated, contributing to an overall lackluster experience. While the bed was acceptable, these issues suggest the hotel may not meet expectations. Consideration of alternative accommodations might be worth exploring for a more enjoyable stay.
