It was short vacation. But we enjoyed everything in the hotel the swimming pool was amazing with great lifeguard team. And the in room dining have amazing food. Special thanks for the amazing lady in red team Sabreen and Latifa they was very helpful and friendly ( Sabreen ) she made my stay she was very professional

酒店內外環境不錯，靚麗乾淨，戶外綠植環繞及大泳池和酒吧備顯休閑舒逸，周末時常還有婚禮等慶典。酒店在安全和防疫方面也不錯，工作人員戴口罩，進餐廳均測溫，各區域及樓層的多處均掛有消毒洗手液。 我在入住8月至10月近3個月期間印象尤為好的是房間清潔員工“Hamdy”他工作勤快認真一絲不苟且每日如一，人也熱情友善樂助，也聰明上進👍️👍️ 關於餐廳： 早餐品種較多豐富，工作人員大多服務較好，服務員“Tudor”尤為熱情，及“Yostina, Dina, Hagar, Ashraf, Romany”及廚師，麵包區的也都不錯。 衹是熱食若能增加及一定時日多變換下品種更好！ 晚餐廳：晚餐廳用餐的人很少，基本上是半自助商務套餐的，食物及廚師都還好。 但服務生較差，時常我們坐下來先須點下飲料，要麼看不到服務員，要麼點完后須久等再加找人催復。尤為某一服務生特喜好油嘴滑舌的調侃，但他總是忘記工作的頻率最高，一次我們一桌8人讓他上甜品他“玩笑”說僅付xx美元不用簽單，我們沒興趣跟他玩笑，復說了下按常規簽單，結果等了大半時竟不來了，至快下班時他竟叫別人拿單給我們，真是“聰明”沒有用在正處，為了教之我特地叫他來補上並給他麪子說不要總“忘記”，第二天他竟然惡意報復在點單時對我說“沒有飲料沒有甜品”，真是完全忘記他的本質工作及本份，前所末遇，當時見一黑西裝應是經理吧我斷續地向他反映了下，該經理看起來人和善不錯，過後幾日甜品改為了自取應避免人員私心吧，及新增了一位服務生“Adel”為我們服務，他工作挺積極不錯。 但希望有過者能真正認識到錯誤發自內心改過自新，誠實本份作人及工作才是。 (餐廳)建議：①加強服務員的細分工作並可追責任到位，因入座后搞不明誰負責，有時前後來不同服務員得重複說，有時一個都不來，有時又換人……總之有感不明找誰。並加以人員考評，優獎劣汰。 ②自助熱食燒熱時間盡短些，尤為炸肉類再保溫久很乾老了，及熱食能增加些海鮮類如魚，蝦。 ③ 小甜品及麵包因疫情還是放在遠處的話，因既看不清楚又更難以說清楚，最好將一種一個樣品並標號放到近人的玻璃櫃中，這樣選擇時報號碼即可這樣雙方都便利。 另酒店裡還有個中餐廳，挺好的，廚師烹飪口味不錯具有中國的味道，還就中國習俗就餐前先送上茶飲，茶具餐具都較精緻，用餐氛圍也不錯，經理及服務人員都熱情友好。目前海鮮僅魚一種希望繼續增加菜品，可多去吃啦。

感謝Ahmed eldesokix 和Mina ashra 的熱情款待，特別喜歡他們每日提供的特別飲料，橙汁薑汁和蜂蜜的混合，每一個人都很helpful,下次還會繼續光顧的，酒店還有恆温大泳池喲。

設施齊全，環境優美，衞生乾淨，酒店的每個工作人員都很熱情，房間很大適合商務旅行入住，以後來開羅是是，還會來住。

Mohamed Shokry and Mohamed A. Motalb 非常熱情，有禮貌，服務很棒, 😀😀餐廳食物很好吃，水果很甜，實現了水果自由，😉😉甜點種類豐富😁😁，果汁很好喝，番石榴汁，蘋果汁🍎，石榴汁，菠蘿汁🍍，草莓汁🍓，我和我的朋友還喜歡喝酸奶，各種各樣口味的酸奶，還有當地自製的酸奶，我喜歡草莓味的，我朋友喜歡藍莓味的😘😘😘😘，培根也很不錯，土豆泥很香，煎蛋很好吃，做煎蛋的小哥很帥很有禮貌

酒店位置很好，因為它離市中心太近了。良好的房間清潔和員工服務，特別感謝 Mohamed Barman 先生和水療服務。我們計劃明年七月再來，這家飯店非常適合商務旅行。

The hotel is very good and really it exceeds my expectations, a very good experience the stuff is very helpful, everything is good , only one thing i have to comment in which is the room isolation is very bad u can clearly hear any whisper in the next room & for sure they can too , so please try to manage this Other thing that made me give them 4 points out of five that the electricity has gone for 2 hours from the 24 hours we are staying 😑

酒店服務糟糕。10天后沒有維護+他們拒絕拿走我的垃圾。上一次接機是4至5天前。我有一個嬰兒和寵兒,他們不在乎。他們要我堅持他們預選的清潔預約。他們給我的約會與我不符,也不在乎它是否對我工作等不符,如果我問別人來拿垃圾,他們說你的問題....你有一個約會,錯過了,要等到下週。所以現在我不得不等一個星期,直到有人來拿垃圾,包括嬰兒尿布。當我說我想和經理說話時,他們只是掛斷了,並不在乎。他們提前收到20,000份緊急避孕藥,並不在乎任何東西。最大的遺憾。我想去,但他們收到了我的錢。在您預訂長住之前,要小心,儘管通過預訂,但絕不預訂,避免長住,特別是在他們的公寓中。您這樣對待嬰兒的母親,真是可恥。
