Tirando um barulho muuuito forte hoje as 6 hs da manhã, a qual, reclamei na recepção, adoramos nossa estada!!!

The experience at Hotel Sheraton in Santos, SP, left us utterly disappointed. Despite its promising location near the beach, shopping, and restaurants, our stay was marred by a series of frustrating incidents. Booking through the Marriot Bonvoy app, we were misled about the payment process, as we had to pay at the hotel despite having paid through the app. The room reservation added insult to injury; expecting two queen beds, we were provided with a king bed instead. The inconvenience extended to the parking situation, where not only did we have to pay for parking, but also rely on hotel staff to retrieve our car, as guests were not permitted in the parking lot. The check-out process was a debacle, with the lobby's customer service displaying a baffling lack of awareness. Despite my proficiency in Portuguese, the staff struggled to comprehend the situation, adding unnecessary delays. Compounding the issues, not only did the lobby customer service exhibit a clear disregard for communication, but as someone fluent in English, understanding what they were trying to convey proved to be an arduous task. Considering the hefty price tag of the room, the breakfast's simplicity was a letdown. As someone who frequents Santos, I've decided unequivocally that Hotel Sheraton won't be on my list for future stays. The overall experience was far from the standard one would expect from a reputed hotel chain, leaving us with a bitter aftertaste that overshadows any positives the location might offer.

酒店位置真的很好,離海灘也很近!服務很棒,海景房很棒!靠近餐廳,您可以在白天和晚上享受,您可以選擇在很多美食之間選擇,因爲您有墨西哥,附近的英國酒吧風格以及日式和黎巴嫩式,所有位於酒店街邊(Rua Tolentino Filgueiras)的步行距離內,你會發現所有在那裏。非常值得!

我很享受住在這裏的一切都是一流的:)這家酒店擁有一切幸福的東西,大幹淨的房間,有安全箱,旁邊是海洋,大堂有濃縮咖啡機,咖啡後有冷水喝。服務簡直太棒了:)我大約10:30很早就到了,我的房間已經準備好了,所以我很幸運能早點到,救贖的那個女孩是如此的友善和友好早餐是如此美味,我從蓋斯林和Marchio在早餐和屋頂酒店有非常好的游泳池和按摩浴缸:)從酒店大堂進入購物中心,我可以在那裏兌換錢,購物,我非常喜歡住在這家酒店,幸運的是我選擇了這個地方非常感謝你熱情友好地歡迎來到巴西

Hotel muito bem situado próximo a Av.Ana Costa e perto de 3 shoppings... Fica 3 quadras da praia do Gonzaga Canal 2... Hotel muito charmoso...Funcionários educados é solícitos. Quarto bem amplo e decorado com Sala e sofás amplos,com mesa é cozinha funcional Duas TVs sala é quarto e sacada confortável. Tem ar condicionado na sala e quarto. Chuveiro sensacional... O café da manhã bem simples:Queijo e presunto,2 tipos de sucos,3 tipos de pães e 3 tipos de bolo,3 tipos de frutas,cereais... Café da manhã básico...Único ponto a melhorar. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente sem problemas... Hotel foi uma grata surpresa.

Alugamos 01 flat pelo Airbnb no 5º andar, apartamento com jacuzzi privativo maravilhoso!!! Flat que possui portaria 24 horas (sempre atenciosos e educados), café da manha opcional (R$ 30,00), é simples e ótimo, mas na mesma rua há 2 padarias muito boas para tomar café, também; tem estacionamento e como é perto da praia (01 quadra), não usamos o carro pra nada. É bem próximo dos shoppings Miramar e Parque Balneário, mercado pão de açucar além, de diversos restaurantes. Excelente lugar.
