Ho soggiornato per la prima volta in questa bellissima struttura. Il personale è veramente un valore aggiunto , cortese e attento a qualsiasi necessità. L’Hotel è molto curato nei minimi particolari , ottima cucina e carta dei vini importante , fantastica colazione , ottimo servizio bar, si e veramente coccolati in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Molto bella e funzionale anche la SPA , anche qui il personale TOP . Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Au Charmant Petit Lac has charming modern but rustic (ski resort feel) architecture and décor, with everything geared to giving a first-class sensation in a sports setting. The food was excellent - I saw another reviewer below grumbling about a lack of "international" food which is untrue as there are choices but there is indeed a distinct emphasis on "local" specialities, and produce from "the hunt" is an important part of local cooking. To the more sophisticated (or down-to-earth) traveller this is actually a plus - for pity's sake, it's a mountain resort not a city-centre hotel, you would hardly expect deer steaks or locally-made Italian country cheese in a New York hotel, so enjoy it while it's on offer in an alpine setting. Dare to be local. Breakfast is great fun as a whole spread is laid out on your own table instead of on a large public buffet (this also caused some grumbles from a reviewer below - why? Do you particularly want your breakfast sneezed on by other clients?) There are the usual breakfast classics but also some (to the non-Italian) more surprising choices including sautéed vegetables, and fewer French-style pastries. Bread is provided although is not their specialty but there is no shortage of cold cuts, smoked salmon, cheese, granola, and fruit. Added to which they serve tea and coffee and delicious nibbles in the rustic lounge area late afternoons, so skipping lunch seems entirely possible and you need to work hard to keep the calories down. Which you can do in the spa which has a truly lovely WARM pool (no need to grit your teeth on your way in), as well as the usual sauna and steam room and an "Emotional Shower" (beware, your emotions come when the cold water hits you). A charming masseuse takes care of the massages and facial treatments, tested both, and both were a treat. At the end of the day, it is the staff who really stand out in this pretty establishment - they are all very welcoming, unfailingly helpful and unendingly patient with clients. Five stars to all of them and our deepest thanks for giving us such a lovely holiday.

Superbe hôtel et personnel à la hauteur du 5 étoiles. Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel, on ne manque de rien. Le service de bagage et de voiturier et vraiment sympathique, ce Monsieur est vraiment agréable. Les chambres sont propres Les massages au Spa sont super Les femmes de ménages très souriantes

non vale la metà dei soldi che mi hanno chiesto l hamburger non è un hamburger ma una svizzera contorno di zucchine davvero tristi bottiglia di bollicine locali pagata 60€ la bottiglia non ne vale 10€

Meraviglioso hotel a 5 stelle al top in ogni dettaglio. Dall’ arredamento alla biancheria, dalla Spa alla cucina, dal servizio impeccabile alla disponibilità del personale: ogni cosa in questa struttura è curata nei particolari e dona realmente la sensazione di provare un servizio a 5 stelle. Favolosa la colazione con ingredienti freschi e km 0, cena ottima con ampia scelta di vini, servizio Spa accurato dalla pulizia alla disponibilità di tisane, frutta secca, asciugamani e persino la coperta per sostare all’esterno anche con un po’ più di fresco. Zona relax e area verde ordinata ed accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente.

Week end eccellente . Finalmente una struttura che rispecchia le5 stelle.relax accoglienza e bellezza in tre parole per riassumente su charmant du l’acqua. Camera confort vista monterosa super pulita , accogliente e spaziosa. Abbiamo trovato il kitt di accoglienza per i nostri due cani in camera , con cuscino i per dormire, ciotole e crocchette per il week end. Splendida struttura esterna , spa ben attrezzata e curata. Colazione super ricca di pietanze ottime. Top

Poco seri e disponibilità a prendere in giro il prossimo senza fama e gloria e soprattutto nella serietà che trasmettono uguale a ZERO. Vi auguro tutto il bene del mondo ma ricordatevi che non si prendono in giro le persone con superficialità perché vi sentite superiori.Amen

Hotel stupendo, proprietà presente che ti fa sentire come in famiglia, personale professionale e molto cordiale. Sempre disponibili alle richieste. Camera da sogno, ambienti pulitissimi. Posizione unica nella bellissima Champoluc. Consigliatissimo.

Hotel nuovo e completamente green, in centro , ma molto tranquillo , situato sul lato del fiume con antistante un piccolo laghetto meraviglioso. Servizio eccellente in ogni settore, pulizia, cucina, reception e spa. Molto particolare la colazione con l' esaltazione dei prodotti del territorio. Il ristorante gourmet con piatti non scontati e di ottima qualità. Il direttore è una persona molto piacevole e professionale , sempre presente in struttura. Al front desk c'è la Diletta sempre sorridente, ma molto preparata. Infine, indimenticabili i massaggi di Gianluca, che dopo una giornata di sci ti rimettono in forma. Grazie a tutto lo staff per aver reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Ci rivediamo il prossimo inverno.
