看這抬頭還以為是個大店，其實是個汽車旅館

整體還可以，出差住合適，下次還會來。

The room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.

I was told that their system has only a record of 2 adults. I showed the receptionist my confirmation which clearly stating 2Adults + 2 kids. Sofa bed was not ready, and I was advised to make the bed myself. Box tissue in the toilet was empty. Stinking smell in the toilet.

Always our choice if we go to Anwerp. We wanted to booked the one in Ghent but was fully booked.

嘗試訂購客房服務。服務很糟糕，一直告訴我除了薯條之外什麼都沒有。然後我點了薯條但它從未送達。網路不好，房間裡無法上網。

位置在城外，所以如果你想在市中心（乘坐公共交通不太方便），那麼位置不太好。如果你有車，並且想要一個方便的地方從環線到達，那麼位置是完美的。 對我來說唯一的缺點就是無線網路。你必須在免費和付費 Wi-Fi 之間做出選擇，但免費 Wi-Fi 甚至不足以回覆我的電子郵件...感覺有點像虛假廣告說包含 Wi-Fi。

很棒的員工和住宿。他們非常有幫助。

飯店工作人員很友好，設施乾淨、良好。 我覺得這間飯店適合帶小孩的家庭出遊。
