格蘭德飯店(Le Grand Hotel)

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo hotel, in quanto Diego Suarez è stata una tappa intermedia nelle nostre escursioni. Dotato di una gran bella piscina, ristorante con pane e pizza sfornati al momento. La colazione soddisfacente. Purtroppo nel nostro bagno era presente qualche ospite indesiderato… una famigliola di scarafaggi. Noi ci siamo subito recati in reception e il personale si è prontamente adoperato per noi, prestandoci scuse e soccorso. È chiaro che i nostri standard (intendo quelli europei) non è un vero grand hotel.Siamo in una città non facile e ogni realtà va sempre contestualizzata. Alla fine ci hanno spostato in una suite dove tutto era ineccepibile. Non posso dire con certezza se ci ritornerei o meno, ma l’impegno, la gentilezza e l’estrema operosità di queste persone va premiato.

Hotel à utiliser uniquement pour une nuit de passage. Pas de charme particulier, restauration très médiocre… même le petit déjeuner. Chambres avec un confort correct mais vieillissant. Une seule nuit était suffisante sur place ! Malgré tout bon emplacement dans Diego Suarez.

L'hotel è molto grande, fornisce tutti i servizi. La struttura è un po’ datata, ma il mosto soggiorno è stato positivo. Nella stanza non c’erano zanzariere ma provvisto di aria condizionata. Colazione varia e internazionale.

LOCATION nel centro di Diego Suarez, lungo la via dei negozi. Struttura un po’ datata anche se ben tenuta e molto pulita. Grande piscina, bella ma con acqua non invitante CAMERE ampie e ben attrezzate. Molto silenziose quelle che si affacciano sulla piscina, da evitare nel we le altre

The water in our room was very variable: sometimes none, sometimes plenty, sometimes a dribble, hot then cold, all in the space of one attempt to shower. Same all 4 days. The pool water is very cloudy: can't see your hand in the water. Such a shame as should be lovely. The whole experience is of a hotel in gradual decline without the will or money to mend or upgrade. But it is in a good location and the travel agency attached is very helpful.

One of the 20 hotels we stayed at during our 7 week tour of Madagascar. Bedrooms are large with a nice bathroom. Very clean. AC is noisy and the room is a bit dark. Mini bar, hairdryer, shampoo bar (excellent) and shower gel provided. A welcome cocktail offered at the bar. Lovely to sit outside the bar in the evening and watch the world go by. Felt very safe. Large pool which is open to the public for a fee so not just hotel guests and families came for the afternoon. Great massage for about £18. Friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast, we sat outside on the terrace overlooking the pool. Lunch and dinner from a limited menu but was good. Supermarket a few minutes along the street.

Horrible walked in hair on the sheets and pillows. Blood and pee stains on sheet. Lokked like it hadent been clean. We went and told the rude front desk person and they said we dont do refunds. The picyures were not accurate.

The stay achieved its goal of safe place to stay overnight. Needs repair and cleaning. No breakfast provided as was in description at booking due to "Covid " they said yet everything is open again on not even requiring masks on domestic flights.

I was greatly disappointed in the facility. The bathroom was filthy. The scum was breeding. They need to invest in Comet and elbow grease. The worst was not even having soap or toilet paper. I was infuriated to have to leave the shower wet to retrieve soap. Spend a few dollars more and go to a different motel. Also, the loud cars with bad mufflers wokee up 3 times. Maybe gangbangers.
