Super nice staff and yummy breakfast. You can pay and try traditional Turkish breakfast in a sea view rooftop . Hotel is close to the pier and bars

This is a family-run hotel where the staff make an extreme effort to accommodate the guests - and they get 5-stars for service. The included breakfast is a broad array of delicious and fresh dishes. The hotel is in the midst of the "Old Town" which means finding and reaching it by car is more than a bit challenging. The good news is that they have free parking spaces (which most hotels in the Old Town don't) True, it is near restaurants and bars - which means they played loudly amplified, not always good, music into the night right across from our room. There are no phones in the room We found a cat locked out on our balcony and had to shoo it through our rooms. The room didn’t have a safe so the reception guy brought one up, laid it on a table and then opened it with the master code before politely turning his head when I put my PIN on it. I figured it was just as safe to keep our valuables in the bottom of one of our suitcases with the $1.95 combination lock. While the walls were freshly painted and the bathroom walls freshly tiled, I think the not-great appearance of the floors, the low lighting level and the ad-hoc thrift shop appearance of much of the furniture made a poor impression. Some of the hotel’s issues are beyond their control. The entire Old Town area seems to suffer from the noise pollution of bands playing in bars (some hotels even have their own bands making noise). None of the hotels we saw had an elevator/lift, so unless a room is on the ground floor, if stairs challenge you, then this neighborhood is not for you.

위치가 좋아 걷다보면 이쁜 안탈리아 구시가지를 구경할 수 있다. 올드한 건물의 정취를 느낄 수 있으며 매우 멋진 뷰에서 최고의 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 하우스키핑이 없습니다. 에머니티가 없습니다. 변기가 서양인 기준으로 너무 높습니다. 그리고 마지막으로 체크아웃 시 택시를 예약해놨는데 택시가 오지 않았다고 거짓말을 하고 그건 환불될테니 자신들의 택시를 이용하도록 하였습니다. 결국 요금은 이중지불 되었습니다.

Были забронированы 2 номера , вечером приехали в отель , консьерж сказал что они отменили бронь одного номера и сдали его другим людям , потому что в 19.00 этого дня, дня когда мы должны заселяться в отель , они отправили через сервис ********** письмо с вопросом , приедем ли мы , и не получив ответ ( в это время мы летели в самолете и не могли прочитать е почту ) сдали номер другим людям . И вот вместо отдыха мы должны были с багажом ходить по Калейчи и искать номер, где можно было переночевать . Для каких целей, во время бронирования отель запрашивает данные кредитной карты , как гарантию бронирования в случае неявки , никто объяснить не смог . В правилах бронирования отеля указано что заселение с 14.00 . Как пояснил менеджер отеля , сотруднику службы поддержки ********** , гости отеля должны приезжать к 14.00 , если заезд планируется позже , то надо тогда время заезда обязательно согласовывать с сотрудниками отеля или они отменят резервацию и сдадут Ваш номер повторно . Disgusting service. We booked 2 rooms, arrived at the hotel in the evening, the concierge said that they canceled the reservation of one room and rented it out to other people, because at 19.00 on that day, the day we were supposed to check into the hotel, they sent a letter through the ********** service with a question, whether we would arrive, and without receiving an answer (at that time we were flying on an airplane and could not read his mail) we rented out the room to other people. And so, instead of resting, we had to walk around Kaleici with our luggage and look for a room where we could spend the night. For what purpose, during booking, the hotel requests credit card information, as a guarantee of the reservation in case of no-show, no one could explain. The hotel booking rules indicate that check-in is from 14.00. As the hotel manager explained to the ********** support service employee, hotel guests must arrive by 14.00; if check-in is planned later, then the check-in time must be coordinated with the hotel staff or they will cancel the reservation and re-rent your room.

We had a great stay at Villa tulipan - it's located in the old town so easy to walk to restaurants, shops,tram station. Our room had a double bed in one room and they set up a sofa bed and single mattress for our two children to sleep in the second room, it was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Aircon worked well so it was great to come back to the room to escape.the hear. The terrace is fantastic - beautiful view over the water. Well worth paying for breakfast up there- it's a Turkish breakfast so a great chance to try something different and you won't find a better setting to have breakfast. The staff are lovely - very helpful with any requests we had and organized a driver to take us to termossus (which I highly recommend visiting).
