It was disgusting. I left. I could not stay here there was trash all up and down the hall way. Not like little teeny pieces of paper. I men like cocktail straws and small balled up napkins. The floor had a layer of dirt.

1) The reception desk staff were outside the building when I checked in. There was a paper sign on the desk saying that they were helping another guest. They were not. They were smoking outside. 2) The deadbolt on my room did not work. 3) The toilet flush handle in my bathroom was broken. 4) The walls of my room had many areas that were patched and painted a much darker color than the rest of the room. 5) The floor of the entry and the bathroom of my room were sticky. 6) The toilet was leaking slowly and was refilling itself every few minutes loudly throughout the night. I was actually booked for 2 nights but, after enduring the first night, I checked in to the Regent across the street. It was worth forfeiting the $205 to not stay there the second night. When I went back the next morning to check out and return my key, the same paper sign was on the desk. The clerk at the desk was sitting in his car in the front lot smoking again. Words fail to describe this place accurately.

Rooms are decent but common areas need upgraded. Not really their fault but power was out for over 20 hours, no emergency exit signs, no sign of any staff checking on things. Asked to check out on our second day with a refund but they declined. Left anyways and ******* is promising a full refund as well as a credit- awesome of them if they come trough

The room had garbage under the sink, they had only two towels but it was a 3 person reservation and the towels were soooo old that you can see through. After check. No staff at the front desk. I went to breakfast at 8:10 am and there was not coffee, bagels or any bread. Plus the floor in that area was water all over because the night before rained and it was almost 9 am and the cleaning personal never came. Sorry, butbthat was my experience.

Where do I begin? If I could share picture, I would. Dirty, TV didn't work, hair dryer didn't work, no room service for my entire 4 day stay, requested more towels and never received them, toilet wobbled, shower curtain was too small, breakfast was sp****, hot tub not working, doors that should have been locked were not locked, vending machine didn't work. staff was unfriendly. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!

The front entry inside and out was not swept and cigaret buts on ground. The elevator door track was full of dirt and grime. The carpets in the hallway were dirty. The door lock on the inside did not work. There were people sitting in the hallway. However the room was clean. The beds, towels and bathroom seemed clean. Where was the "suite" and the handy capped accessible room? The person checking me in was sitting down low behind the desk. It would have been more welcoming to stand.

Partial Headboard had fallen down. Toilet's tank kept refilling every 5 minutes, noisy and constantly. Three tiny little pillows on each of the two beds. 2 large and 2 medium towels in room were very thin and worn. Carpet not clean. Will never stay there again.

Worst so called breakfast I’ve ever seen. Lukewarm coffee, no cups! No table or chairs set out. Had to search for the clerk. Could hear every moan and cough of the guy next door. Room door fit badly and needed a big shove to open and close. Pathetic place and not worth $50 let alone $125
