首爾飯店(Hotel Seoul)

The business function hall where we had our conference did not have the proper facilities. The table cloth is in complete disarray, tattered, and materials are bed sheets-like. I complained to the front desk after our first day how the hall could be improved but nothing was done. They left the area as is. Our room was not ready on time. While the check in time was set to 3PM, my room in particular was only ready by 630 PM because the male and female cleaners we caught in our room, reasoned out that they were not informed to clean the room. It makes me wonder why they assigned male and female cleaners and what they are doing in the room that late and had not cleaned the room. The food is not spectacular. Does not taste delicious. They would forget one or two like sauce and seasoning. Nothing Korean either. We even have to order more food from the outside.

4월달에 친구와 처음으로 서울호텔에서 묶어봤는데 생각보다 너무 좋아서 이번엔 남자친구와 재 방문했어요. 프리미어 킹룸에서 묶었는데 전에 묶었던 디럭스보다 더 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 유스풀이랑 수영장이 있는데 워터 스파도 되고 저희는 스파가 좋아서 그쪽에서 하루종일 놀았어요. 저녁에 디너 부페도 운영중인데 프로모션으로 저렴한 가격에 배부르게 먹었답니다. 한국어도 가능하신 매니져분이 계셔서 이것저것 도와주시고~ 어쨌든 가성비 최고예요!

We stayed in Hotel Seoul since highly recommended by a friend who is also from Angeles City. They have a huge water spa outside and a big pool. The room is spacious and clean. The price is reasonable for it’s massive room space. Toilet and bath has 2 sinks and a bath tub. I highly recommend this hotel. Affordable, fun and superb!

We booked two rooms and were surprised to get an upgraded rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean with wi-fi and toiletries. Lobby is elegantly furnished while staff are friendly and helpful. Dinner buffet food are excellent and they are generous in serving wine. We will surely come back to this hotel. Great experience.

Rooms and estaurants are very spacious. Good aesthetic as well. We have two showers and two toile in our rooms which was good since it means several people can take a bath and use the toilet at the same time. Downside is there no hooks for the towel or clothes at all! Rooms have wifi but forgettable. Basic toiletries and towel are provided. Unfortunately, despite the duration lf your stay, only two bottles of water are provided. The Hotel Cafe and Restaurant food are good. Breakfast buffet consists of Korean, Filipino and Western choices. Wish they could print/provide a menu in the room for faster room service.

The place is great and spacious. It is in the Clark area so the surroundings is quiet and upscale. The room is suitable for the family. There is a recliner chair too for TV watching. There is no cable/Netflix though. There are toiletries provided but no hot water for the bath. The water spa is the main highlight during our stay. (5 stars for this amenity) Food is expensive and below expectations. Grab food and nearby restaurants are available. Staff is undermanned probably due to pandemic so they're not as friendly/accommodating compared to similar hotels. Overall, the place is great. We will go back there again.

We had a valentine's dinner yesterday and here's my honest review: -we had an early reservation, we went there personally, we checked the place, and all. We asked the front desk receptionist who handles the list if we can have a table at the very end of the balcony but she rejected and informed us that they will not open that area. But with disappoin**ent, they actually held the event at that balcony area and had tables reserved. (To think that we are the second couple on the list who booked for that event) 😡 -they did made the place look romantic and all but it was way too dark! -FOOD was HORRIBLE! 🤮🤮🤮 *mushroom soup- watery, so blunt *salad- wasn't fresh, seems like they prepared it very early 🤮 *main course - WORST!!!! 🤮🤮🤮 steak was soooooo hard, ribs was all fats, chicken was so blunt and the side dishes are so pathetic! Also, we are not aware that meals was for sharing! Pathetic portion! 2500 for that????? Way too expensive! -they gave stuff animal and mini cake after the dinner which I appreciated. OVERALL! NEVER AGAIN! WORST DINNER!!!!

The room we stayed in was neat and cozy. No elevator in our building but staff was accommodating and very helpful with our things. We had fun in the water spa especially the kids. Although water spa could have been cleaner. Will definitely go back.
