I stay at Marriott hotels alot. This one was unusually laid back I guess is one way to put it. I really needed another blanket but did not get one when I called to desk for one.
Monday morning, I called at 10.01AM and asked if I could order a simple take out breakfast of a bagel and tea and something for my child and was told that the kitchen closed at 10 AM so no luck. The hotel is isolated and there were no places to pick up anything before I got on the interstate to get into Boston for my meetings. Basic service, no frills, no special treatment. Probably not staying there again with so many great hotels in the Boston Metro area.
