希爾頓惠庭飯店-安克雷奇中城(Home2 Suites by Hilton Anchorage/Midtown)

공항 셔틀 버스가 있다고 명시 되어 있어서 예약을 했지만 공항 셔틀이 없었습니다. 결국 리프트를 불러 이동했습니다. 참고 하시길 바랍니다. 조식 포함 가격이었으나 조식은 매우 간단하게 제공되는 수준이라 크게 메리트를 느끼지 못했습니다. 오히려 공항과 매우 가깝고(차로 10분) 주변에 아주 맛있는 베트남 식당이 있다는 것이 이점입니다. 가격 대비 만족도가 낮아 추천은 어렵습니다.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!! TLDR: We were unable to stay at this hotel at all! They basically kicked us out to a cheaper hotel which is one hour away at 1 AM. After 10 hours of kayaking, and a 6-hour drive, we arrived at the hotel, only to find out they didn't have a room for us. This Home2 hotel was overbooked. They only realized this on the same day as our check-in, and what was their solution? They left us a voice message at 11 am, saying we would be reassigned to another hotel (a Best Western that was over $100 cheaper and required a 1-hour drive to another town). Unfortunately, when they attempted to call us, we were on a glacier tour with no signal reception, so we missed the call. You might think that overbooking is normal, but the situation became ridiculous after our arrival. We told the front desk that it made no sense to drive another hour in the middle of the night. She found us a nearby hotel that was slightly more expensive than this one, but the manager, Anthony, didn't approve of it. The manager basically said that he didn't care at all and that we needed to pay the full price for that nearby hotel. Home2, managed by Hilton, has demonstrated their complete disregard for their customers. Their incompetence of managing this situation, lack of empathy, and blatant disregard for our travel plans have left me furious beyond words. Moreover, their disorganized back-end transactions would devour your money (where is our $100?). Avoid this hotel like the plague!

Solid 3 star hotel for the price. Nice free breakfast more than just a continental with waffles, oatmeal, yogurt some fruit and hot dishes. Kitchenette with a few place settings and metal utensils Room just ok the sofa bed in the room couch pillows were all ripped in the corner. Bed seemed very small for a Queen. Bedding was weird in that cover seemed like a mattress pad? Not really a comforter and then had a thin quilted duvet like cover. Almost ran out of TP but we did not request daily room clean

They checked me in with no notice they didn’t have the suite I reserved, and when I got to the room they gave me a regular room for a suite price. Said the one I booked wasn’t available. I left and booked somewhere else. I had to go months of back and forth to get most of the refund. They still charged me one night stay even though I spent all of one minute and it was their failed booking. The person handling it said they should have notified me before checking me in it wasn’t the right room but oh well, nothing they can do. They also said they’d refund it if ******* requested it and then fought it for months.

Walking into the property and rooms was better than most hotels I’ve stayed in, in the area. The prices have skyrocketed across the town but you get a good looking, updated, modern, and clean place to stay. We loved it.
