Amazing service, hu***itrain approach by ***ager Syed Rehan while welcoming us. Good food ,Good facilities, Amazing view from the room , in middle of the valley. Came here with my family and had overall good experience with the service, food and hospitality

Nice hotel, little away from the main Pahalgam town. Perfect stay, if you want to be away from the main market area. The service can be improved, as there are no Electric Kettles in room, which is a basic ask from a hotel of their stature. Overall, highly recommended. The staffs are really good, especially the rooms with mountain view on 3rd floor is a bliss to stay

We were 2 families stayed in Hotel Sparrow from 27th March to 29th March. The hotel is really good. Breakfast and dinner was really good. Rooms and hotel has good ambience. and good staff. I would like to specially thank Mr Mohd Amin at the reception who was very supportive and helpful. Highly recommended hotel for family stay

We stayed in Hotel Sparrow in March 2024 The view from room 114 was amazing. Room was comfortable. Service was good. Food was also good and had nice variety. This Hotel is little far from main market however that makes it more pleasant Would love to come back to this hotel however I would expect a better room on second floor. The room that we stayed has less lights... however no regrets. Staff is helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Chef Muzaffarpur for yummy food.

Enjoyed our family stay at this hotel with spacious, cafe staff are polite and helpful.Great ambience and quiet neighborhood. The food was fabulous and great care was taken by serving staff, especially mension Mr. Aazad shah Restaurant ***ager (At the in-house restaurant), who not only ensured a great dining experience, but also guided us through local sight-seeing destinations and things to do we look forword to visit again. This place is amazing with beautiful view and excellent services. The staff is very polite and very helpful. The food served here as part of complimentary breakfast and paid dinner services is absolutely amazing and tasty. We received a great welcome by the ***ager Syed Rehan and we were served food with great love by Omar and Ejaz. I really recommend people to visit here and have an amazing stay at Pahalgam

During the Kashmir tour our family stayed at the sparrow hotel. The stay is one of the memorable one which my family enjoyed - Hotel amid apple plantations. The restaurant was good with delicious food. The F&B staff Mr. Aijaz, Mr. Muzafar, Mr. Bilal, Mr. Khalid and Mr. Azad were courteous and displayed good hospitality.

I stayed in the property for 2 Nights. Newly built hotel strategic located in midst of Beauty. Prefer road side rooms. Rooms are spacious. Hotel Staff is not attentive to Guest request. Very far from city with no proper connectivity to city life. Major concern is the Hygiene. Place is full of House Flies. Food is not an option here but you don't have any other choice as hotel is located very far from city.

Stayed at Hotel Sparrow for 2 days with Family. The hotel is beautifully located, The rooms are well designed and give you a 5 star hotel feel. The staff is very helpful especially Aijaz and Bilal at the restaurant left no stone unturned to ensure we had a memorable trip. They spoke with us explained the history of the place. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Pahalgam.
