阿納海姆貝斯特韋斯特優質飯店(Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn)

위치는 너무너무 좋았지만 하수구냄새가..... 너무 너무 심했고 옆방 방음이 전혀.... 위치빼고는 다 별로였어요.

This Hotel needs serious updating. The room had a wall unit that was barely warming our room, and it was really cold. But everything in the room and outside the building looked old and not very well maintained. Many of the employees went the extra mile for us. Govany and the ladies at the restaurant were so good to us. The location is absolutely amazing. It's just steps (5 minutes walk) to the Parks. My recomendation to the Best Western executives: close one building at a time and do a huge renovation to all the rooms and the exterior of the building. I hope you listen to me

The place is pretty good compared to the other motel style hotels I’ve stayed at while visiting Disney, it’s a little outdated but it seemed clean and it was comfortable. The parking is reasonable too, free breakfast is nice, just wish the walls weren’t so thin I could clearly hear everything people would say in the halls while I was sleeping. Room had a fridge AND microwave and it’s close to the little convenience store. Bathroom was good too and the shower water was hot and it came out quickly.

We were there for the DisneyLand Half Marathon Race weekend, and this location couldn't have been better. Very close to the park enterance and close to the startlines for the Disney races. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is substantial, great way to start a day spent in the park.

Great location to Disney parks. Closer than the Disney hotels. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. We got a suite with 3 beds (king and 2 queen) (comfortable with lots of comfy pillows) for half price of a Disney room with 2 double beds. Room was fine but no frills. AC units were loud and turned on and off pretty much every 5 minutes. Overall very good stay! Oh and free breakfast was pretty solid.

Although we only stayed one night during our most recent stay, our interactions with staff were amazing. First, we arrived early and were allowed to at least park our car and head to the parks while we waited for our room to be ready. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The next day, an hour or so after we checked out, I received a voicemail message from the hotel stating that we left an item behind. They were unable to tell us exactly what it was, for security purposes, but we deduced it was my son's tablet. So, a huge shout out to the housekeeping staff that turned it in to lost and found. Again, the courtesy, honesty, and respect were greatly appreciated. Yes, given its location directly across the street from the parks, you will pay a premium. But a part of that premium also goes to the service from all the exceptional staff at the hotel. You will not be disappointed.

The property was great. We had a ground floor room that was furnished comfortably. The room was in good condition and well maintained. The included breakfast was good and fresh every morning. We had an incident which the staff handled with grace and professionalism. I would stay here over and over again. It's an excellent choice.
