First, I wanna mention that during our entire stay are most pleasant part of it was the food and beverage department. Everyone was very nice friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival checking in the girl at the front desk which we checked in on February 5 and we got there approximately, 1130 in the morning this girl who is extremely unwelcoming upon walking up to the front desk not friendly not helpful very condescending. It was pouring outside and she said where’s your parking ticket? I said it’s in my car. I did not know. I had to bring it in the stamp on the ticket says to leave in your car. She then stated you should know that we need this ticket most hotels do and I said well there’s no sign posted saying to bring your ticket to the front desk. I made a suggestion that maybe they should post that and she said most people already know to bring the ticket to the front desk, I found that very extremely rude. She could’ve delivered that statement a little bit nicer. Even her coworker gave her a look after she said that the overall check-in process with her was. Not good. My daughter works in hospitality, and I am pretty sure she would not want her staff talking to guest like that. Housekeeping was very nice the sushi restaurant everyone was very nice and there as well. Very welcoming.
