We were only there over night. Add-ons that were not included in the up front cost were expensive. We used nothing extra, but had to pay a $20 deposit for extras. Parking was not mentioned in the initial cost, but was an additional $30. I don't appreciate hidden fees. These are things that should be clear before making a reservation.
The beds were tolerable. Grateful my family of 6 were all able to be in the same suite. Sharing one bathroom is a little bit of a challenge, but doable.

I’ve stayed her before and had a great room. This time, we booked a “suite” and were put on the 5th floor. The bathroom was literally falling apart. The tiles were coming up, and the plate in the tub was falling off to reveal a hole. Gross. The rest of the room was so dingy. I don’t think they ever clean the sofa in that room. We won’t be staying here again. This is definitely a “double tree” in name only. And I did inform the front desk staff and check out. She just shrugged and said she would let the manager know.

I found it very poor on the hotel property that they actually charge $2.50 for a tiny bottle of water that is left in the rooms . This fee is waved if you are an upper end client . I am talking about a small water . Not a mini bar item . We bought a large bottle from a nearby store . Otherwise $30.00 to park seemed excessive .

Family we were traveling with chose this hotel. We had a group of 15 with 3 rooms. Loved the cookies given to is at check-in. Room was ok. Nothing fansy. Did have a giant water bug on our wall that my husband had to smash. Pool was nice and warm, kids enjoyed a night swim. Only about a 10 min drive to disneyland. Have to pay for parking at hotel even though you are a guest. Overall, hotel is average.

Very nice hotel and very close to Disney property, but it was freezing in there, so cold you could not dine in the restaurants. We stayed in our room and even had room service as it was too cold to wander around at all! Cold air blowing out of vents in the hallways.

Pros:
*Spacious one bedroom suites at a very reasonable price. Great value especially if travelling with children.
*15-20 minute leisurely walk to Disneyland.
*Many dining options within walking distance (including a Ruths Chris Steakhouse next door)
Cons:
*The property is in need of renovation.
*Shuttle service to Disneyland is a bit cumbersome due to having to download an app, setting up an account, figuring out what bus to take, and the times of arrival.
*Having to pay $29/night for parking.

Overall not that great. The sheets were stained looked like old blood stains that wouldn’t come out after washing.
There’s no valet, and a big no loading and unloading sign in their round about.. they want you to park and then roll all of your luggage out from the parking lot all the way to the front desk. Keep the cookies, hire valet staff, better cleaning products, and throw out old sheets and replace them with new ones. This is definitely not 4 stars!

This property hasnt aged well and they dont keep it maintained. The elevators are quirky and sometimes dont work. We took one to the lobby and the door woudnt open when we tried to get out. I paid extra for a pool view and got a view of the roof and the fence to the pool. No actual view of any pool. I was sent a message prior to arrival stating that parking was $27 a night which is a rip off...but when I checked in they raised the fee to $29 tax. Greedy nickel and dime hotel. Why charge people that are staying in your property? Does my vehicle get room service too? And why charge tax? Tax for what? Bunch of balogne. The room was fine itself, except their were tiny little bugs in the bathroom floor that jumped like fleas. They were also in the sink, so Im assuming they were water bugs because they were near water. The towel rack was also loose and kept falling to the floor. Chatted with someone that told me they would honor the $27 parking fee, but that didnt happen. Its only $2, but the fact that they try to squeeze all these hidden fees is ridiculous. Wont be staying here again.
