SpringHill Suites Anaheim Maingate

Nice and spacious rooms. Clean sheets and bed. Shower/Bathroom was very nice . Didn’t eat the breakfast but it really smelled great. Go here every time I visit

Excelente atención de todo el personal. Son amables , y te ayudan en español. Excelente opción si viajas a los parques de Disney. Pasa un autobús afuera de el hotel y te deja en la entrada de el parque, evitas caminar mucho. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Recepción nunca contestaba, pedimos un cuarto para 4 personas y las camas no estaban listas ni arregladas, llegamos tarde y no había suficientes sábanas para armar el sofá cama, tuve q bajar 3 veces a recepción ya que no contestaban las llamadas. Nos enviaron a cuarto muy lejano y para llegar a recepción había q caminar una milla. Está escondido el Hotel y la dirección q dan te lleva a un HOLIDAY INN. Nos moríamos de frío cuando entramos a la recámara y el control del clima está medio escondido al lado de la puertA. Hubo q bajar a preguntar cómo subir la temperatura.

La habitación es muy grande y cómoda. Y lo mejor es que estas a lado de Disneylandia. El unico pero que le pondria es la limpieza. El baño no estaba tan limpio y de hecho olia a orines. Y algo pésimo es que si te quedas dos noches no te limpian la habitación. En este caso deb agradecer que yo si lo solicite y amablemente accedieron.

The Springhill Suites was the perfect place for our party of 4 (3 adults, 1 child). The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were great. The kitchen in our room made keeping snacks and drinks available really easy. The staff were amazing, Gladys at the front desk was so lovely and helpful, and the ladies that ran the breakfast were cheerful and on top of everything. The pool area is great, lots of seating and they even had blow up toys to play with. The ART stop is right in front of the hotel, and the ride to Disney was about 10 min, so very easy. We will stay here again next trip for sure.

I liked the staff. I liked the property itself in terms of convenience and cleanliness. However, if you spend the entire day(s) walking about and waiting for rides you will be exhausted and walking back to the hotel is not for the faint of heart. It would be awesome to be able to get a shuttle that goes to and from as part of the hotel experience. As the Uber/Lyft experience was a hit/miss. Otherwise the stay was pretty positive

This property is a 25-30 minute walk from the Disneyland/California Adventure ticket entry gates. You may be able to take the Disney parking structure tram to save 5-10 minutes of walk time. You will need a car to get to local eateries if you do not eat at Disneyland. The hotel provided a decent hot breakfast. Adequate parking at the hotel. The pool was decent.

Great hotel! Big comfortable rooms and the property was clean. We took an Uber/Lyft to Disney most days (only around $7 per ride). We were not impressed with the pool area, but it was cold during our visit, so we didn't use the pool anyways. Also, the hotel has no restaurants, which was disappointing, especially when returning late from Disney. Uber Eats came in handy on such days! Breakfast was good. Overall, we had a great stay!
