阿姆斯特丹隱居飯店(Hotel Hermitage Amsterdam)

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per 5 notti, la posizione risulta a dir poco strategica, lontano dal caos ma allo stesso tempo vicino al centro, in 10 minuti ( anche meno) avevo modo di raggiungere sia coffeshoop che mercato, che Albert per la spesa, oltre che luoghi storici come il monumento ai caduti dell’Olocausto. Se avete problemi di sonno potete chiedere e vi risponderanno gentilmente per darvi una camera che corrisponda alle vostre esigenze, noi eravamo isolati alla 204 con fronte canale, a livello di rumori, i muri tengono e isolano quanto più possibile, ovviamente se si sta in silenzio in stanza e alle 3 di notte la camera affianco fa rumore si ha modo di sentire qualcosa, nonostante ciò tuttavia le norme dell’hotel impongono il silenzio dopo le 22 quindi salvo ospiti ritardatari a mezzanotte a priori c’era sempre silenzio tombale. I dipendenti sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno messo a disposizione macchina per il caffè e cioccolata calda, in più dentro le macchinette distributori, mettono a disposizione dentifricio spazzolino e shampoo bagno schiuma, che era comunque presente all’interno del bagno, sia lato lavandino che doccia. Il bagno risulta piccolo ma avevo modo di districarmi bene, non orribile o sporco ecco. I letti comodi e ben imbottiti, riscaldamento ottimo. Sicuramente ci tornei per soggiornare in tranquillità vicino ad Amsterdam, prezzo super competente oltretutto . Mettono a disposizione un giardino al coperto per fumare in tranquillità. Niente da dire per la pulizia della stanza che veniva eseguita OGNI giorno in maniera super dettagliata. Voto: 8/10, pecca esclusiva i gemiti continui di alcuni ospiti che non avevano ritegno nel non farsi sentire durante la giornata ( mentre uscivo dalla camera in mattinata 3 giorni su 5 si sentivano ).

Whatever you do save yourself the money and do not book this hotel its like the faulty towers! Absolutely tiny mould all over the room if you want to pay nearly £500 to get sick then stay here absolutely shocking customer service from the hotel they are greedy and just want your money don't give a sh*t about your stay just want the money avoid at all costs! There are much nicer hotels in Amsterdam wouldn't stay here again if somebody paid me a million quid to do so!! The rooms are the size of a shoe box and if your taller than 6ft good luck sitting on the toilet with the door closed joke of a hotel they should be ashamed I would be if that was my hotel.

Before you book, please do not book if you can’t walk up stairs! 2 Stars is what is really deserves, the rooms are small, the corridors are very narrow the heat in the room was unbearable. The room was so filthy thankfully they cleaned everyday which is a plus! The ceiling on the room was crumbling it really is not a good look. The positives - good location not to far away from everything & the staff on the reception were always super helpful!

Just back from a stay in Amsterdam. It was our first time to bring the kids so we stayed in the hotel Hermitage. Location was OK but the dirt and rubbish overflowing really let the area down. The hotel itself it only a 2 star standard a typical house in Amsterdam, narrow stairways etc. The room had 4 beds and a toilet. The heat in the room was cruel . There was a fan but it only blew the warm air around. We opened the window and I was eaten alive by mosquitoes. Breakfast was not included in the price although you pay but the selection was limited. Would I stay here again? No , there are fair better hotels to choose from in Amsterdam.

I liked the location and honestly didn’t mind the stairs I think it makes it more fun getting up and down. But the bathroom is quite small and caused couple problems there. Other than that it was a great stay! Thank you!

Das Hotel ist von der Metro zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr schön, mit ein paar Minuten Fußmarsch kommt man in die Stadt die wirklich wunderschön ist. Vieles ist nur 1-2 km entfernt so das man keine Bahn braucht. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein, wenn man auf Toilette sitzt als großer Mann bekam man die Tür gerade noch zu weil die Knie im Weg waren. Zu zweit drin oder mit Kind funktioniert nicht. Die Sauberkeit naja da muss ich wirklich ein Punkt abziehen, trotz dessen waren wir mit allem zufrieden und würden auch nocheinmal dort einchecken.

Besides the very thin walls (meaning, I can hear the 'pleasant' noises from the neighbors across the hall when at a low decibel) and the super narrow stairs, I enjoyed my stay. I came back for a second time a week later- but I will say, it is overpriced. Didn't have the food there, but the receptionist staff (2:3) were super helpful!!! The bridge was closed to traffic so you did have to go around or from the Amstel bridge. Narrow rooms and very narrow bathroom (for a country with the tallest people, not sure why our legs have to be in the bedroom when going to the bathroom). The location can't be beat!

Basic hotel but clean and room cleaned daily. Location is superb. Staff helpful. Be a daily comfy. Shower good. Would stay again based on location - this is perfect for a base so you can go out exploring. Good value for money.

L'hôtelier a refusé de me rembourser ma réservation alors que j'avais dû annuler mon voyage pour raison médicale. Je lui ai écrit mais il ne m'a jamais répondu. En revanche il a bien gardé l'argent... Voilà un comportement bien peu recommendable.
