Sagar at the reception and Parmeshwar the restaurant ***ager were very hospitable and courteous.. the trip overall was a good experience

I went to visit Amritsar and choosed to stay at Le Meridien Amritsar, and I didn't regret it. Mr. Atul had assisted me in food and was very helpful. I loved the food and the staff were friendly. Even happy with the housekeeping and the front office team. Great hospitality 🙏

We went there for a birthday dinner. A very warm welcome from the staff. A special thanks to ***jeet, ***preet and Atul for making my birthday a memorable one. The food is very good and I recommend everyone. The Ambience is very good and staff here is very good.

So after posting a negative review over lack of channels for in room entertainment. I was pleasantly surprised with the efforts put in by the entire team ***** with the GM in understanding the issue and resolving it. I am glad the GM has an ear for issues and is forthcoming. Looking forward to my next stay !!!
