Spacious and good rooms. We loved the food as well, especially the dinner. Breakfast could've been better. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

I stayed at this hotel with family for 3 nights in a triple room. The booking process was not smooth as i could not book a triple room online but managed to get through to the manager via WhatsApp Micheal who then sorted this as well as airport pick up. In terms of cleanliness, the room was a decent size and clean upon arrival. However, they do not clean your room or make your beds everyday unless you ask them. On the last day, although we asked for the room to be cleaned, it never was. Breakfast was included, but the hotel staff would start calling our room early morning to ask what time we would be coming for breakfast, not sure whether this is their process but it wasn't nice to be disturbed every morning. Breakfast selection was decent, with fresh food being made on arrival. However there was one occasion where a new member of staff had joined, we ordered some puris for our table and we did not finish them, the lady then put this food into the main food for other guests to have. We put in a complaint about this which was dealt with, however it did make us double think whether this is done with the rest of the food that isn't finished. The next morning i did ask for a banana, the lady told me there isn't any. This was unusual, as there is always fruit available. I then asked a different lady who was very kind and went out of her way to the restaurant and brought out a bunch of bananas. Clearly the previous lady was not happy as i had complained about her for putting touched food back in the main container. This is very unprofessional of that staff member. We also required currency exchange and there is a lady who sits at the front desk who organises this as well as any travel. We were ripped off with the currency as well as taxies. We decided after to get our own currency as well as taxis which she was not happy about as we got them much cheaper through family and friends we have in Punjab. All in all the stay was okay and decent location but compared to UK standards, i would not class this hotel as a 4*, It is more of a 2* and therefore i will not be staying here again.

Had a pleasant stay. Food was delicious. Ca-rely prepared and served. Ms. Juhi, ms. Shivangi and mr. Rahul supported us during the visit.
