We really loved this hotel. We booked a 1 Bedroom Superior Suite room and were very happy with it - it was exactly like the photographs and very clean. We really liked that the hotel provided complimentary valet parking, and enjoyed the use of the rooftop pool which had fabulous views over the city. Breakfast was good with a great choice of food. Our room was a great size and we would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we returned to Amman. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. It is also close walking distance to Rainbow Road.

Das Sydney-Hotel liegt in einem der Täler der Innenstadt von Amman. Direkt vor seiner Tür beginnt eine der zentralen Geschäftsstraßen. Oberhalb die Rainbow-Street mit ihren Ausblick auf die Stadt und die Zitadelle. Das Hotel ist einfach und für Backpacker ideal. Der Service zugewandt, erfahren und 24/7 für den Gast da. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die kleinen Duschbäder einwandfrei. Eine Hollywoodschaukel lädt auf der Raucherterrasse zum Verweilen ein. Trotz der fast zentralen Lage ist das Haus ruhig. Sehr gut ist der Service. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Ein Nachteil ist, dass die Treppe in den ersten Stock (Empfang) des Hotels sehr steil ist und kein Aufzug (mehr) existiert. Das Personal hilft aber gern.

My wife, 8yr old daughter and I stayed in the Arabesque for the beginning of our Jordan trip, its location is perfect particularly if you are self driving... it is walking distance from the main sites/ restaurants in Amman and also offers easy to access parking outside the front. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (special mention to Jack on the front desk and Haz the owner). The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good. We intended to return to the Arabesque bit due to its deserved popularity were unable to :-( Haz was extremely helpful in finding us alternative accomodation in the city as well as organising a PCR test for our return even though we were not her customers on this occasion! Please visit the Arabesque if you are in Amman.

混合學家Abdallah Nemrat & kareem是Roberto酒吧中最好的。上面和超越的表演使我們的夜晚難忘。我們確實吃了很棒的晚餐。食物很棒,服務比我預期的要多。卡雷姆爲我做了最好的清晰的內格羅尼,這真是令人印象深刻。

愉快的西雙版納之旅少不了洲際酒店心美人善的 Arlene的服務。從未入住就添加微信，耐心的講解告知各種活動安排，注意事項等等，簡直麪麪俱到。吃飯和各種小童親子活動都能幫忙安排的妥當，我們是孩子玩的開心，老媽玩的舒適。大家一致都非常滿意，最後退房的時候我兒子都嚷嚷的不要退房，可見在孩子心中也體會到了那份熱情和喜歡。

我們訂的是套房，就是看評論說乾淨，沒有異味，才訂的這個酒店。總體來確實是挺乾淨，房間也夠大，但是也有很多缺點。一、那麼大個房子，充電的插頭和USB接口也很多，可是衹有窗戶旁邊的踢角線部位有一個插頭可以充電，其它的就是個擺設，不知道別的房間是什麼樣子的。二、早餐我們訂的是含在內的，可是早上去吃飯，餐廳服務人員說不含早餐，我們進行了解釋，過了一會兒又來一個說不含早餐，我們又解釋一遍；又過了一會兒，又來一個，總共有七八個人來問我們，搞的我們跟蹭吃蹭喝一樣。我們在前台投訴，讓給我們一個道歉，最後也沒有人來管這件事。三、服務感覺不好，有點被歧視的感覺！ 總之，名聲在外，不值，性價比不高！

This is a quaint little hotel that has its entrance directly from the main road on a busy street. The staff are extremely friendly, the check in process was smooth and the room was very good with different pillows to suit your tastes. The bathroom was also up to the mark, with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was a typical Arabic / continental spread, more than adequate to meet my needs. There was also a gym which I never got around to using.
