大約25年前,當地人告訴我,這家酒店非常受歡迎。工作人員非常熱情和友好,但酒店似乎從全盛時期就從未更新過。房間灰塵很大,我離開時鼻子開始流血。浴室有棕色傢俱和坐浴盆,而不是廁所噴水。我討厭使用廁所和浴室,我覺得出來比進去更髒!陽台只有一英尺深,窗戶讓如此多的噪音。我本來會離開並預訂另一家酒店,但不可退款。唯一讓員工感到滿意的是。 酒店外面有出租車收費過高,但如果你需要一輛穿過馬路,冰一輛,那就便宜得多。馬路對面的酒店以類似的價格更現代,如果必須返回,我會去那裏。

这次订房，很多谢攜程客服跟進，但不明白酒店有包早和晚歺package，check in时，又说不包晚歺，但價錢也收足，比酒店網頁訂还貴，最後攜程客服建议，睌歺可向攜程報銷。如果酒店没有包睌歺的package，就取消，误導消费者。其实这包晚歺package乜很不便宜，因为人在外做事，睌上不出外，拿个方便。如先預定和預付只包早歺，起码便宜RMb300每晚

我們訂的是套房，就是看評論說乾淨，沒有異味，才訂的這個酒店。總體來確實是挺乾淨，房間也夠大，但是也有很多缺點。一、那麼大個房子，充電的插頭和USB接口也很多，可是衹有窗戶旁邊的踢角線部位有一個插頭可以充電，其它的就是個擺設，不知道別的房間是什麼樣子的。二、早餐我們訂的是含在內的，可是早上去吃飯，餐廳服務人員說不含早餐，我們進行了解釋，過了一會兒又來一個說不含早餐，我們又解釋一遍；又過了一會兒，又來一個，總共有七八個人來問我們，搞的我們跟蹭吃蹭喝一樣。我們在前台投訴，讓給我們一個道歉，最後也沒有人來管這件事。三、服務感覺不好，有點被歧視的感覺！ 總之，名聲在外，不值，性價比不高！

酒店總體較好，可能是當地的旅遊淡季，酒店住客較少，比較冷清。早餐都還可以，自助餐形式多樣。由於我們是兩個人的商務出差，房間是雙牀房，空間不大，牀也挺小，看起來挺擁擠，別的都還可以！

能加牀，但是要付45 JD 每晚 衛生間的排水管道有點問題，淋浴後衛生間到處都是水。早餐盡量早點去吃，如果人多的時候被安排到42樓吃的話就沒什麼好東西吃啦.....6樓的早餐還是不錯的，很好吃。 酒店的服務非常好，阿聯酋的酒店（總部在迪拜）都比較重視服務！相比以色列的5星酒店Rotana的性價比非常高。外麪叫Uber也很方便！到羅馬劇場和安曼博物館2 JD的樣子，不貴。到傑拉什叫Uber大概15JD，到死海的話20 JD。邊上的那個Abudali Mall 是安曼最大最新的商場，裏面超市和飯店蠻多的，走點路過去蠻方便的，價格也還行。總之，喜歡住舒服點的話，選Rotana沒錯的。

Not really 4 stars, but didn’t want to give only 3. Mixed feelings about this accom. We had the Family Suite for 3 nights. Main bedroom is a little small. Not a lot of room for 2 x bags. Decent size bathroom for both main and ensuite. Beds were ok, a bit dated. The place was clean. Shower pressure good. Lounge has a small couch and some single chairs. Kitchenette is ok, but it’s missing pots & pans, so you can’t use the stove. Very minimal cutlery. 1 x spoon, fork and a few knives. This may have been corrected if we asked but we didn’t bother. Disappointing. A family suite with a kitchenette should come with enough cutlery and pots and pans already. My main issue was the lack of a washing machine which was originally advertised to the best of my knowledge as it was the reason I booked. Now it says “laundry facilities”. Even if I made an error, “laundry facilities” is the hotel charging you to do the washing for an ridiculous amount of $$. So buyer beware. Breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy. Eggs cooked to taste. The hotel is clean. It’s well priced. Staff are very helpful. Small Mini mart close by. A big Safeway mart is a 10 min walk. A few restaurants up the road and an ATM around the corner. As a side note, if you need transport - Airport pickups, city tours, transport to Dead Sea, Petra etc… I can highly recommend localtrips.net I found them online and they were great. No issues. Great service!

Stayed at Grand palace hotel for two nights...the bed was very comfortable ..the breakfast was amazing ..the reception was polite and helpful...the view from the gym is great..... The WiFi also good. I will stay again . I liked the service and the cleaness.

The location for us was very good, the front disk staff are nice especially Mr. Osama. The rooms are with good size, but the carpet is dirty and they can do better with cleaning for 4 star hotel. They keep forgetting placing towels. Do not forget to take water with you because they place a complemantary water once only on check in!!! Inform the front disk to charge your room door key for your period of stay otherwise you have to keep going down to recharge it.!!! Breakfast is very good, nice variety. Reception is clean and spacious.

距離購物中心大概5分鐘路程，離Jett bus station直線2分鐘，附近其實沒有什麼餐館，因為起得太早要趕車所以也沒來得及吃早餐，不過酒店工作人員是真的很nice，入住的時候記得好像還有個華人，前台姐姐晚上安排帶他們去當地很不錯性價比又高的阿拉伯餐廳吃飯拍美美的照片，問我要不要加入，不過因為在安曼約了當地的朋友所以沒有去，不知道體驗如何，還有值夜班的小哥哥，一大早為我準備早餐，雖然最後因為趕車沒來得及吃就走了，總之，如果衹是為了第二天搭Jett bus而過夜的，說不上非常好，畢竟價格也不算高，地段也一般，但總體而言這裏還是可以的。

The hotel is old but I believe the rooms have been renovated recently as it was all new inside. The rooms are not large and quite small but I can't complain as it was an OK size and the rooms were new. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a Carrefour supermarket 5 mins away as well as Mcdonald's.10 mins further, you will find a street full of restaurants, KFC and all the other famous hotels like Hilton and Kempinski. This hotel's location isn't that convenient for restaurants. Becareful along the main road as there will be cars and taxis harassing you as well as hoons. There are very limited options at the hotel restaurant.
