War alles in Ordnung bis zu, dass ich 100d als Versicherung oder was weiß ich was Hab das Zimmer abgegeben wie ich die bekomme Und auf einmal waren die 100d Versicherung nur 87d ohne Grund keine könnte mir ne Grund nennen Und man hat nicht so viel Zeit bei Check out zu diskutieren 🤷🏻‍♂️ Anyways war alles top bis zu diesem Punkt 👍✌

Immense hôtel, vous serez très bien dans cet hôtel, des restaurants sont à votre disposition, situé dans un coin calme de la ville vous ne serez pas dérangé par le bruit, personnel très accueillant et serviable. J’y retournerais.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits au Royal et avons été très satisfait. L'accueil par le service voiturier et a la réception a été très agréable. Nous avons mangés au 3 restaurants. Le Libanais est exceptionnel. Le service au Chester a été bof mais le burger était bon. et le resto chinois était très bien. Nous avons aussi fait 2 room services très sympas avec des prix très correctes. Nous avons testés la piscine mixte homme/femme super chaude. Je n'oublie pas le petit déjeuner très varié et très frais. La viennoiserie faite maison est excellente. Le tout petit bémol est le prix du déplacement par l'hotel. Un taxi classique prend 3 fois moins cher alors attention.

Bel hôtel même si la déco est un peu veillotte mais rien à redire

My booking was inclusive of Club lounge but the Club only opens between 6 to 8 and whenever i needed a coffee i had to pay for it at Ivvy. I only used the lounge for "super" and it was awful. Nothing is available to drink even water was hiddent behind the counter.

I arrived at about 11 PM, so the hotel cafe was not open. Furthermore, there was nothing in the room fridge, i.e. the "minibar". So, I had to order from room service. I was surprised to find there was no wine listed on the menu. Coming from Kuwait I was looking forward to a glass of wine. On the phone, I asked room service if wine was available. He recommended that I get it from the minibar. I explained to him that there was nothing in the minibar. I resorted to ordering beer. I also ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad. Sadly what I got was a bowl of somewhat cut-up iceberg lettuce (instead of romaine) drowning in blue cheese dressing (instead of Ceasar)..I ate it anyway because I was so hungry but it really stood out as one of the worst meals of my life! The location was a good for this visit but I do not plan a repeat. On the bright side, the room was nice and was clean. I was able to figure out how to change the temperature to cool the room (though it was down to guesswork due to no labels explaining what to do). The maid was bright and cheery. The TV remote control stopped working and when I reported it the replacement came quickly. The hot water was excellent and the shower worked perfectly. I miss having a bathtub in a 5-star hotel but it seems bathtubs are generally disappearing. One thing is needed: these days almost everyone is recharging electronic devices by USB connection. In a 5-star hotel, it would be good to provide at least one USB electronic outlet.
