The room was rather filthy. The toilet had "Brown" on the toilet seat, there were flies and lady bugs in the room and ants in the bathroom. Should have worn shower shoes as the bottom of the tub was slimy. We would have asked to move but we were so exhausted, and the beds seemed clean. We told the front desk at check out, but overall rooms need a lot of work. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls.

The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling, and no blow dryer. Once I asked for more towels, they brought the dryer. I was disappointed in the restaurant as no complimentary breakfast was offered. We only slept there so it was okay. Would not stay there again though. It did have close freeway connections.

The property is unfortunately run down and poorly managed. There is one super kind staff member (Michelle) but others move quickly, don’t fully listen, feel seem frustrated and are disrespectful, and failed to accommodate my basic and reasonable requests (including having my room cleaned, simple amenities replaced including toilet paper, and sheets changed just once during my stay). I requested new towels 3 days in during day time and was told there was only one staff member so I needed to come to the front desk to get the items or wait 8 hours. I think they need some Marriott training for better customer support. Or maybe some time off to fix broken and old sections of the hotel and rooms - and some self care to be more kind.

The front desk staff were excellent. The room was clean even if furniture a bit worn. Bed was comfy but had one of those waterproof mattress covers which can cause sweating. The cafe food for breakfast was mediocre and way overpriced.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Toilet was extremely dirty with urine stains. It was very disappointing and not acceptable with the amount of money i paid for a night. Very upsetting and totally ruin my entire trip!

Excellent place to stay. Staff was exceptional! Michelle is the most professional, courteous, caring person. She went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Thank you Michelle, you deserve a large raise and a big hug.
