Our welcome was great but the bedding had stains and I asked for it to be changed and all they did was remake the bed … in the end I asked for bedding and I changed and made the bed also they put us in a room that had water leaking from the ceiling by our door in the hallway

I booked a 2 queen room through *******. Checked in and they gave us 1 bed king Room. They changed it after we advised them of their mistake . When checking out they tried to upcharge us saying that we had upgraded which wrong. We received a courtesy credit which doesn’t make sense we received what we ordered

We booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and 1 with king bed. The rooms were clean but the floor was sticky and slippery. My room shower water was flowing outside the door and it kept the bathroom wet. One room had refrigerator and another did not, but the cost was same for both. Over all it was a good stay. Please note, we booked the rooms via ******* and due to which they did not include the breakfast. If you book through there website they include the breakfast. The hotel is 20 to 25 min away from the Niagara Falls State Park.

The closeness to the University at Buffalo was the biggest factor in why we chose to stay at the Double Tree. If my daughter chooses to stay all four years I would absolutely be visiting this property again. The price was great, property is very clean, staff was very welcoming and helpful. Fitness center and pool was a great bonus. The only negative were the drinks at the bar. My wife and I bartended for many years and we weren't happy with what we were given. From the mixed drink to a straight shot it was clearly diluted. It was a minor negative but when we do go back we just wont be going to the bar. Aside from that this property is absolutely a 10.

Overall a decent stay. Staff were friendly. Check in was a breeze. Bathroom was very tiny and as there wasn't any ventilation, obvious mold was noted around the shower and ceiling were moisture collects. Otherwise beds were comfortable.

I appreciate that the front desk clerk quickly addressed our issues with the toilet not flushing and the phone not working, and got us a new room, but (I think it was the manager?) was slightly rude about us wanting to change rooms. The floors seemed slightly sticky and definitely looked like they lacked a good deep cleaning, there were some spots on the sheets as well. It was fairly quiet, though we slept with a noise machine and ear plugs, so it's hard to say. For the cost, I don't think it's worth the money. Hilton has really gone downhill the last few years and I think next time I will pay more money to stay in a more comfortable and cozy environment.

Worst Hilton hotel we have ever stayed in . We were there for the 4th of July long weekend with the family for 2 nights . Both of our rooms were dirty . We called the front desk 3times to request room service. No one showed up . Then I went to the front desk to request for the room service still no one came .we were traveling with a sick 6month old baby . All we wanted was a clean room and a clean bathroom. Room floor was very sticky and dirty . I will never stay here again.
