I appreciate that the front desk clerk quickly addressed our issues with the toilet not flushing and the phone not working, and got us a new room, but (I think it was the manager?) was slightly rude about us wanting to change rooms. The floors seemed slightly sticky and definitely looked like they lacked a good deep cleaning, there were some spots on the sheets as well. It was fairly quiet, though we slept with a noise machine and ear plugs, so it's hard to say. For the cost, I don't think it's worth the money. Hilton has really gone downhill the last few years and I think next time I will pay more money to stay in a more comfortable and cozy environment.
