The stay was extremely satisfying, except for the part that the AC didn’t work well. But the staffs at the front desk were really helpful even during the holiday season. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

We had an early morning flight and opted to stay here because of past good experiences. Very clean, friendly staff and very close to the hospital and medical facilities. Early morning the drive across town to the airport was easy, 15 minutes.

The quality of the room was on par with what I had to pay for it. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

各方面都非常好，我很樂意再次來到這裏。很乾凈，房間很好而且更新，有充足的停車位，工作人員很樂於助人。不知道怎麼這麼便宜！

The service was excellent the rooms were playing I was very pleased with my stay

Our door did not lock. They had no other room to move us to. The handyman was unable to repair and called in a locksmith who advised us that he had fixed it and that the handyman just needed to put the door back together. Two hours later the handyman had another handyman trying to help him but they still had not replaced the latch. They eventually had to just put the latch back on and we could only lock the door with the deadbolt from the inside. Not the relaxing stay we were anticipating

Hotel was easy to access, plenty of parking spaces. Staffs were helpful, maintenance is quick to answer a call. Hotel was on the clean side.

Well. We arrives around 3 pm. 2 adults and 2 kids. We got put in the upstairs room. Only about 8 cars total in parkimg lot. Got the family situated and I took off to go get us a meal. Look like mainly some workers staying there. I got back. We ate and the kids do what they do. They laugh, play with there toys and tire themselves out (we done this numerous times). We got a call around 530 or so and the Front desk stayed there was numerous complaints on the walkimg on the floor from downstairs resident. I said well we have kids and we have to move around. She said well we are not the only residents. I told i know this. What do you want me.to do? She said just stop the walking or noise. I asked for another room downstairs and she said none was available. If i wanted to leave she would give me a refund. So we packed up and left. Been on a 10 day road trip. This was our 6th Hotel staying in. Some upstairs and some downstairs. First one ever to call and basically want us to leave because of our kiddos.
