Absolutely loved my stay at Tivoli Algarve!! All inclusive hotel with lots of food, drinks and snack options. The amenities were perfect if you wanted to use the gym, spa or sauna. If you just wanted to relax by the pool, you could get a drink from the bar and lounge either at the adults only or general pool. They had outdoor sports options, basketball, paddle ball or mini golf with a bar/snack bar close by.The property was quite large but quite accessible. You really didn’t need to leave the property for anything, unless you wanted to go to the city center, which they had a free shuttle to. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Tivoli Algarve and would go back again!

Hotel com bom ambiente, quartos bons, e com bons restaurantes, o lanche para os mais pequenos não existe pois só tem cachorros e hamburgers.

hotel rooms was nice, premium breakfast was good but same thing everyday. wasn’t told about booking the speciality restaurant , no information given at checkin in regards to restaurant hours and what’s available after restaurants close. no information given about free jacuzzi and what premium includes. staff wasn’t helpful or bothered

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Terrible experience in terms of service : the checkin is a disaster. It took us 50mns to get our keys. They mixed all up. And now they are charging me with a night (450 euros) that I didn't book in a room that I didn't booked because they mixed in their system. It is a shame. It is unacceptable.

Just Ok!! Far too long to wait for check in. We then had to wait again for far too long once the room was ready. Lots of ants in one of our rooms. Far too long to queue for drinks in the Shore bar. Not enough seating in the entertainment area for the amount of guests. Entertainment started too late - 21:30 is far too late for younger guests.
