Um Hotel muito acolhedor e sossegado, excelente atendimento, funcionários simpáticos, um bom quarto, pequeno almoço variado, uma boa piscina e com bom estacionamento.

Muy mal hotel. No merece 4 estrellas. Muy sucio, mal mantenido y personal poco amable. Baño: plato ducha y lavabo atascados en toda la estadía (3) noches. Limpieza general de zonas comunes cero. Ascensor sucio desde día uno hasta día check out. Muy mala experiencia

Hotel muito bom. Funcionários mt simpáticos e prestáveis, quarto muito bom, limpo e confortável, muito agradável. Bom pequeno almoço, piscina boa e limpa. Muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, dá para ir a pé até à zona dos restaurantes/bares/lojas, ou seja, zona ribeirinha. Basta descer a rua seja para um lado ou para outro e tem restaurantes sem ser preciso ir para o centro. Só achei a rua mt movimentada.

The hotel and property is very basic by modern hotel standards and is starting to look its age. It is not unpleasant or unkempt, it is simply lacking charm and ambience. The location is convenient because it is an easy walk to a full supermarket or to the town of Alvor with its many bars, restaurants and shops. I wouldn't dissuade anyone from staying here, just be prepared for average.

Our third stay at Agua Jardim. Highly recommend for a short stay, but if having a longer holiday you might prefer somewhere more luxurious. There are many varieties of rooms, some don’t have balconies so ensure you check if that’s a priority for you. We had a studio (with small balcony) and a small ‘kitchen’ but it has limited facilities if you plan to cook. We just needed a fridge and kettle with cutlery/plates/bowls so had what we needed. You couldn’t prepare a cooked meal, very few pans or any other essentials. The pool area is fine for a quick swim and sunbathe, but the sun-beds are not comfortable to lay out all day. Usually no problem finding a sun-bed in full sun or shade. Breakfast is complimentary 8-11 everyday and has a nice variety of hot/cold buffet and friendly staff, can’t complain when it’s free. As long as the prices remain competitive, we’ll be back again. Great location and we love Alvor as a resort. Best beach and good restaurants.

Near MotoGP racetrack, even the traffic there was terrible.

2nd short break here this year. We love Alvor and this hotel is in a great location and easy walking distance to the great restaurants and bars in the centre. We had a lovely view from our balcony and the free breakfast was really nice. We upgraded to a deluxe room from a standard this time and it’s worth the extra money for the balcony and extra space (standard is very small). Only negative - the sunbeds around the pool are really uncomfortable - probably why we never had a problem getting one. I’m considering bringing a camping mat for it for future stays - we’ll be back!
