Lovely hotel , has a nice pool food was allright good customer service at reception, would stay there again

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en el Hotel Ambassador Playa II. Está muy bien situado para los planes q llevabamos. Hemos aparcado en uno de los aparcamientos disuasorios gratuitos de Benidorm y sin problema. El hotel genial, muy moderno y limpio. Las comidas muy variadas. No probamos las piscinas porque estabamos en febrero, pero volveremos en otra ocasión sin duda.

Zimmer wurden nicht ordentlich gereinigt, es war immer Dreck auf dem Fußboden. Essen war Qualitativ in Ordnung leider völlig ungewürzt. Durch die angrenzenden Bars war es immer sehr laut. Der Pool konnte leider nicht genutzt werden, da er im Winter nicht beheizt wird.

Superbe hôtel bien situé. Les chambres sont propre, le buffet proposé est de bonne qualité, et le personnel est serviable et souriant. Le seul bémol à mes yeux est la rue très bruyante à cause des nombreux bars ouvert jusqu'au milieu de la nuit.

Excellent hotel, food really nice only cons were you were given 2 sachets of shower gel and shampoo and, no glasses in room only 2 paper cups these were never replaced throughout our stay and you had to pay to replace tea and coffee tray.

Ambassador playa II, absolutely smashing. From check in to check out. Nice pool area, reasonably priced drinks, great room with the best shower ever. Food was faultless. Could not recommend enough. We will be back x

We were very impressed with the hotel but we had a problem with the lifts as we dont think you have enough for the size of the hotel as the waiting could be quiet long also the wifi wasnt very good i put this down to the ammount of people using it but this hasnt put me off as the hotel really lived up to expectations
