Un hôtel magnifique, tout en bois. Très chaleureux. Propre avec de grandes chambres, joliment décorées. Toutes avec vue sur la rivière Des hôtes très accueillants, jeunes et dynamiques. Ambiance familiale, bien que tout soit luxueux. Le restaurant gastronomique nous a émerveillé. Bon, beau. Les activités faites avec des guides intéressants et motivés. Dans un environnement calme et serein. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous le recommandons vivement

Top Service, Zimmer sehr attraktiv, Lage direkt am Alta Fluss. Die Küche des Mavu Restaurants ist auf höchstem Niveau, Gourmet plus und auch regionale Produkte werden verwendet. Das Hotel hat für uns alles organisiert, wie beispielsweise eine Fahrt mit einem Holzboot ins Alta Canyon.

The hotel was simply exceptional and we highly recommend. The food was local and so tasty. The bed was comfy and the view of the river and potential nothern lights was so perfect. We loved everything about our stay

We stayed in the lodge after having spent a night in the Ice Hotel. Built in 2021, the lodge is of a very high standard, beautifully designed and well thought out. The rooms are lovely and each have floor-to-ceiling windows for taking in the view, and a roof window for looking at the Northern Lights. The staff are very friendly, keen to make your stay a pleasure and genuinely proud of their hotel. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Highly recommend.

The log was very comfortable with a large sitting room that walked into their fine dining restaurant. The room had large windows, games, lots of seating and a fireplace. There was free water, tea and caffeine beverages all the time at a couple of stations. There was a delightful spa where you could get a message (extra), sit in the sauna or whirlpool for an hour at a time included in igloo room charge. The food in both restaurants was delicious. Breakfast was like a fantasy of different foods and textures. We came to the lodge to go snowmobiling (great up to date equipment and fast lessons), reindeer with Sami experience and the northern lights gazing. Exceptional experience all around. It was exhilarating, exciting, a little freighting and downright relaxing. I recommend it for anyone looking to get out of their comfort zone, do something fun and possibly have never done before.

everything was amazing. More than expected. I dont know why this is not a 5 stars hotel. Everyone was very welcoming and nice, the food was delicious, the rooms were very cozy, with AMAZING VIEWS. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The tours were fantastic! Thanks for everything.

The owner of the lodge, Hans Ulrich, yelled at me and aggressively slammed my car door because I charged my car at the wrong station at the hotel’s parking lot. This was after I checked out having payed thousands of euros. A totally unacceptable overreaction by someone who shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. Alta is beautiful and a must visit, but don’t stay in this lodge. Being fair, Alona at the front desk was wonderfully nice and tried to help with the situation, but she is clearly a star at the wrong place.

Couldn’t fault the hotel from start to finish. Every need was catered for. Food was was of excellent standard. Rooms were lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. If I could pick fault at anything it would be the cost of the sauna. But we didn’t use it and it wasn’t important to us. If it had been a little cheaper we may have considered it. All round amazing stay. Will definitely be returning in the future.

We had an amazing experiance staying at Sorrisniva. The room was 10/10. Everything about our stay from the dinner at Maku to the drinks,the bed to the breakfast, was amazing. We will be back, and we will recomend this to everyone.
