Great stop to get a good night sleep no bed bugs !! Has a gas station down the street and not far from the highways and it’s cleaner then the rest of the hotels on Cicero

El lugar además de estar viejo, estaba muy sucio, muy sucio. Toda la noche estuvieron se escucharon personas llegando y gritando en carros con la música a todo volumen. Se escuchaban discutiendo toda la noche, fue imposible descansar. Estaba peor que un motel, la sensación de inseguridad era muy alta.

Room had an odor like vomit that never went away. Could not change rooms, so I was given Frebreeze to solve the problem. T.V. had only one channel.

Saw a mouse outside of the door getting out of the car. I booked a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes walking in. There was holes in the comforter and sheets. I hated it there. I was in the room for all of 6 minutes and I demanded a refund instantly.

The stay at this Red Roof Inn was horrible. When I arrived the check-in person was not immediately available. I had a problem watching TV, as some buttons were missing on the remote control. Another guest was given a key to my room (accidentally). After all of that was worked out, I saw that my room was very dirty. From the walls to the bedside table to the refrigerator...all dirty. A thick layer of dust was on the "headboard". The carpet was not vacuumed. One electrical outlet had no cover. The cover on one of the beds had burn holes on it. The sheets did not look as clean as they should. The boxsprings had questionable stains on them. Thankfully, I was staying only one night. I can say that the bed was firm, and I had a solid uninterrupted sleep, and that the check-out process was smooth. I had stayed at another RRI in Joliet prior to this stay in Alsip, and it was nothing like this which is why I chose to book another stay. The one in Joliet was clean and the staff was there when I arrived. No other guest turned the knob to my door. I see that you cannot depend on the name alone when choosing a hotel/motel stay, and will never go back to the RRI in Alsip.

Many features of the room were worn out. Big cracks in the walls, holes in the carpet, outlets that did not work, hot water was reversed with cold in the shower, heater cover fell off during the night scaring my son and I as the window was not able to be latched and there was a broom stick in the track to keep it from being opened.

Dirty! I wanted none smoking and they confirmed it was. When I open door it smelled like marry Juana smoke. It was the dirtiest place I ever experienced!

The place is very run-down and needs lots of repairs. The smells were atrocious. The linens were incredibly thin and held plenty of stains. The staff was pleasant but there is absolutely no way that we will be back.

We didnt stay we had to go to another hotel because it was really bad. It was really dirty too. There were men fighting outside the hotel too. It also smelled really bad.
