納亞拉普旅館

My overall experience was good . Everyone was very down to earth especially chandan. But I have few suggestions for Nayalap 1 : Need one stand mirror in room . 2 : should maintain lawn and garden area and grow some seasonal flowers . That's all . Location : 4 Ambiance : 4 Food : 3.5

Our stay was for 2 nights in May 2024 . The location is amazing , overlooking the valley . The tents are very well done up. The interior features a large king size bed , a table , power points for charging etc , well laid out table with coffee , tea and some biscuits . What’s more interesting is the wide array of books that are kept in each tent ( a good selection) for you to slow down your time and read away. The food - nothing gets better than well cooked food which is served at your tent or at the common dining tent . The toilets in the tent are clean , and luxurious . Linen is clean and fresh. Andy and Tanuja have really taken care to see that the Glamping experience is full and short of nothing . They are well versed with the local culture , flora and fauna . This is what makes the stay very sustainable and natural to the environment . Not to mention their day hikes and walking tour of the village . It’s a must do . Put simply , you can check in any time , but I doubt you can ever leave . This place will beckon you to stay forever.

It was so beautiful and awesome place. The tents, the comfort, the view all were so good and staff was really polite and helpful. We have tasted some authentic food and it was very tasty.The forest walk was really informative and beautiful. Too much scenic beauty at the place, I must say

One of the best vacation I’ve had in recent times. This place is ideal for people looking for solitude amidst nature away from all the noise, and hustle bustle of city. Location is untouched. Honestly words will not do justice to the experience we had during our 3day stay. Place is very tastefully done, and perfectly blends with nature. Tanuja is a wonderful host and has superb staff- Prem and Chandan. They took care of all our requirements, and the food we ate, every single meal was the best I could have imagined. We did village, forest and river walk with Tanuja and all 3 were unique in itself. She has excellent knowledge of the flora and fauna and wonderful stories and experiences to share during those walks which were insightful and truly enjoyable. I can’t wait to visit again with my wife and daughter. Thanks a lot for giving us a memorable stay.

Nayalap was one of our favorite destinations in all of India. It is located in a beautiful mountainous setting and seamlessly integrated into the surrounding villages. Tanuja, its founder, is a wonderful guide and leads fascinating walking tours to the nearby villages about the local traditions and village life, as well as to beautiful lookout points. There is so much intention that goes into ensuring that Nayalap provides opportunities and benefits to the local community,  who otherwise are facing significant environmental and economic challenges. The food was extraordinary and abundant-- we loved the local Kumaoni dishes that were cooked with so much love. It was the best food of our entire India trip.  

Nayalap was exactly what we needed at exactly the right time. Nestled in the midst of jaw dropping and awe inspiring views, its an adobe to connect back with nature. An early morning tea with a view of Nanda Devi or a bonfire in the night gazing at the moon and stars. While we can keep on talking on and on about the natural beauty, Nayalap, run so amazingly by Tanuja and her team (Prem, Chandan and Deepak), allows you to connect and appreciate nature. The food, cooked by Prem, is amazingly delicious and homely. Chandan is available in a minute, treats you well and ***** with Deepak ensures your comfort and cleanliness of the tents. The tents are beautifully and thoughtfully designed with varied books talking about Uttarakhand. But the best part of the entire Nayalap experience was interacting with Tanuja. She understands the nature around and her love for the same comes across in the conversations. If you really want the Nayalap experience, you have to go on a Trek with Tanuja. As much as we would like to keep the place hidden, this is one of those where all nature lovers should go.
