Por donde empezar! Salvo las camareras y camareros del restaurant que son increíblemente amables y simpáticos, el resto del servicio e infraestructura es un desastre. El hotel no tiene servicio de portería, o sea q uno tiene que arrastrar el equipaje, cuesta arriba en nuestro caso, hasta el cuarto. El cuarto en si es amplio y limpio, pero está mal mantenido ( ver fotos) y una de nuestras ventanas estaba sin limpiar. El baño es pequeño y no hay donde poner nada. No hay teléfono para llamar a la recepción, y no hay información sobre el wifi o como usar la caja fuerte. Para esto he llamado a recepción de mi móvil donde el recepcionista me informa que para usar la caja fuerte necesito una llave y que tengo que ir a buscarla allí, le pregunte por que no me indicó esto cuando hice el check in y me contesto que por que no se lo pregunte. No es información que deberían ofrecer ellos???? Estamos con un grupo de 25 personas. La cena y desayuno están incluidos. La cena, con una q otra excepción es incomible, la comida llega fría a la mesa , la carne es dura, las sopas sin gusto, etc, etc, etc. Dejo lo peor para el final. Las camas son de terror. Los colchones de resortes que se clavan en el cuerpo. He pedido que si pueden cambiarme la cama que hace 2 días q no duermo y me levanto con dolores de espalda y a pesar de haberme asegurado que lo iban a hacer. Al regreso del paseo de hoy, allí estan, los mismos colchones. La recepcionista no sabe nada y q tendré que esperar hasta mañana por que ya no hay nadie. No hay ni supervisor ni un jefe de turno. Que me digan que en un complejo turístico de esta magnitud solo hay una joven recepcionista y las camareras es increíble. Es cierto que el Parque Natural es bellísimo y el hotel está anidado allí con vistas preciosas pero yo siento que se están riendo de nosotros. Mi recomendación es NUNCA.

We stayed here for a week in October with 3 children, aged 7,5 and 2. We booked through jet2 believing it would be a family friendly hotel.. firstly I want to say the room was lovely, it was clean and spacious and the beds were made daily by housekeeping so I can’t fault the room. However, as the pools were freezing cold, most of the children around the pool were in the jacuzzi, which they all seemed to love, but then the Spanish would complain they were getting splashed or would complain about them having any form of floats.. however when the you do Spanish children used rubber rings down the slide the life guard didn’t say anything to them. I have seen management reply to comments on here saying they have an extensive programme for kids.. no they do not..we didn’t get asked once in an entire week to join in any activities .. but we saw Spanish children get asked when and if they did any . We went in the indoor pool for some heat.. and yet again the Spanish complained about kids and being splashed.. yet proceeded to get out of the pool!! It was pick and choose with the life guard if you were allowed floats.. and apparently you are not even though the shop sells them and are happy to take your money. The kids disco literally lasted 15 mins and was no effort put in to it what so ever, although advertised for 45, the entertainment on an evening was awful, the dance evening was just the entertainer and one Spanish lady, no one else got asked. I will say our last evening on the Friday they had an external band which was brill and our best evening. Then there was the food.. there was nothing child friendly apart from chips and plain pasta, the food was cold most evenings and was so repetitive, I waited a good 15 mins ones morning for an millerite as the woman was just on her phone. Some of the male staff in the restaurant were lovely and helpful with drinks but there was a woman waitress who was so miserable! The lady who worked behind the bar upstairs was very nice, always happy and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach which is nice to walk over. Although there are slides, we did NOT Feel this hotel really wanted children there and it’s safe to say we won’t be staying again.

El hotel se encuentra en una cala de aguas transparentes, rocas y piedras, es un hotel todo incluido que dura hasta las 12 de la noche con algunas marcas conocidas, buffett variado de comida y bebidas. Para aparcar, puedes aparcar a lo largo del camino al hotel o en la explanada cercana, o usar el parking de pago. En recepción te dan gratis toallas de piscina. Todas las habitaciones dan al mar con terrazas y con amaneceres increíbles, limpias, amplias y pasan a ordenar todos los días. La ducha tiene muchos altibajos de temperatura. Los ascensores pocos para la gente que suele haber en el hotel. Cuenta, además del acceso a la playa que está muy cerca, tiene una calita al lado de la primera piscina, un jacuzzi y otra piscina que está contiguo al hotel, donde también hacen las animaciones y está la zona de perritos y hamburguesas o merienda. Las actividades o show por la noche son más flojos que en otros lados. En resumen, buen hotel, buen servicio y buen precio, y lo sigue siendo 9 años después de la primera vez que fuí.

我們在2021年11月/12月在埃斯特山谷(VdE)住了28晚。任何酒店都很難保持這種時間長度的高標準,但VdE酒店實現了這一點。我們半板,一直擔心,在如此長時間的停留中,食物會重複或不達標。然而,情況並非如此。早餐和晚餐的品種和質量都很好。客房服務同樣優質。房間總是服務徹底,很乾淨,設施齊全。只有幾個“抄本上的污點”與酒店標準無關,但與酒店的管理/政策無關。有一次,我們希望吃午餐而不是晚餐(和6人加入)但接待給了堅定的“不”,在這個問題上不妥協。不好!第二個問題是有新的,高質量的高爾夫練習區。儘管是“高爾夫酒店”的客人(並住了整整一個月),我們被告知(同樣在不確定的條件下)練習區對除了教練假期的其他人都是禁區。儘管我們90%以上的住宿中練習設施仍然空置,但事實並非如此。這是一家高爾夫酒店,設施在他們的網站上公佈。沒有跡象表明設施不能使用!總結,優秀的房間,食物和家政,但在某些管理層中沒有“加入”或商業心態。

我們只是在阿爾梅里亞公路旅行住了1晚,絕對不能打敗這個位置,就在一切的中間,步行10分鐘不到到阿爾卡扎巴。停車在大約2個街區外的停車場,大約20美元。酒店有電梯。我們的房間很好,有4張單人牀,浴室非常現代。如果空調效果更好,我會將這家酒店評爲絕對例外。這是我們唯一的問題 - 我們的房間很暖和。在炎熱的天氣裏度過了一天後,我本來可以使用更涼爽的房間。早上有典型的午餐肉,奶酪,水果和麪包早餐。

Très bel établissement qui propose deux belles piscines, Les chambres sont superbes avec cadeaux d’accueil. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est digne d’un cinq étoiles Nous avons pu dîner aussi le soir au restaurant et c’était bon. Le seul bémol reste le personnel qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles surtout le personnel de la piscine !!
