You'll have to park at Friar's mall car park, which is a short five to ten minute walk to the hotel. The parking has good rates, especially the overnight 6am to 6pm deal @£1.50. For me, this worked out at around £3.50 on average depending on what time you enter and leave the car park. You'll be looking to pay about £4 plus the hours added to the overnight charge. Good treadmill in the small gym, dumbbells, cycle machine, and one other machine. Great breakfast!

Great overall stay. The room was modern and very clean, with a large TV infront of the bed which I loved. The only downside was that casting did not work on the TV. Despite following the instructions, it never worked. Would have loved to watch my own shows as the arrangement of the room made it like a cinematic experience.

Nice clean new interior to the hotel, great food in the restaurant and breakfast was fine. Nice view from the room over looking the river Usk

This hotel only opened 7weeks ago. Lovely room for one night stay, comfy bed, friendly staff, overall great stay after attending a festival. Would definitely recommend

The customer service was EXCELLENT!!! The staff always seemed ready to help me as a guest. Also, the property is impeccable!!! Clean!!! Spotless!!! The design also is ultra modern and eco friendly! This is the place to stay if you are in Newport!!!

I Received exceptional service from the receptionist Katy? She helped me with my luggage all the way over to the National Express bus stop. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good staff member!
