The Americus Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We stayed during the Memorial Day holiday weekend so it seemed as though they were understaffed and had people working that didn't seem experienced. While the Americus Hotel was nice the service was not very good. $25 for valet service. We waited at least 20 minutes for our car and the hotel was not busy. Nice hotel but service not very efficient.

One night business trip in this newly renovated hotel from Allentowns heyday. The staff could not have been friendlier nor more accommodating. I want to mention Bebbe at the front desk as she was amazing and a credit to the hotel. The rooms are large, well decorated and simply done well. The owners have put a lot of money into this and the results are evident. If you go to the Allentown area stay here, because it is a great hotel and the owners deserve to have our business and successful for the risk that they took and what they have delivered

Surprising touch of luxury in a trendy area. Parking wasn't super convenient especially arriving later at night (only option is paying for off-site garage self-park when outside of valet hours) but staff was amazing and loved being a short walk from Downtown Allentown Market for food.

Service was outstanding hotel was extremely quiet parking structure was 1 street away Breakfast was over the Top money was well spent especially(Post Covid) this hotel was a large highlight of my trip newly renovated well lit throughout I definitely recommend 10 out of 10 Joe O.

The hotel itself is lovely. They seem a bit understaffed. Service at breakfast was challenging- they brought me a plate of used/open creamers and butters. The room, thought very comfortably sized, had room darkening shades significantly narrower than the windows, so sleep was rough.

Very convenient for an event. Although I had just few hours to sleep there, bed was super comfty and quiet room. Only inconvenience is the parking when I had to make multiple trips and streets are meters and the meter lot was a block n half over. But will stay again!

My booking was for adults and 2 kids. Hotel didn't have a pull out bed and was given a air bed which was small and one of my son had to sleep with us. Booking was done with breakfast but the hotel staff said they could only honor breakfast for 2.

I would suggest grips on the base of the tub. I slipped and thankfully not hurt but that is one improvement. Also the keurig in our room, did not work and when it finally did it was not accurate. Might want to consider replacing this.
