叢林之書度假村(The Jungle Book Resort)

I am impressed about this resort Highly pro efficient front desk and other service staff Clean room with fresh lines Ample space for parking Great surroundings with a balcony to watch and photograph birds I would like to seat on their balcony for ages Not yet eaten anything, hope food will be great as well

We stayed for an overnight between visiting the Gorumara Wildlife Sanctuary and travelling in to Bhutan. It was a pleasant stay. The rooms are modern and well equipped. We were part of a group and had an evening meal buffet style which was good. Buffet breakfast too was good. We didn't see much of the surroundings due to arriving late. It's just off the main road. In the morning we could see the jungle right outside the back of our bedroom.

It is a good hotel and we'll maintained. But very poor ***agement. We stayed in the hotel from 4th nov to 6th nov with family. Both the days they have organized night parties with large speakers in the garden till night 1.00am in morning. Repated we requested the ***ager to stop the speakers or lower the noise as we were getting disturbed so much. My mother, my father in law were heart patients . But even after repeated request nothing happened. As per the ***ager and hotel authorities at reception the parties organized on 5th nov was by political leader and they cannot do anything and on 4th nov night it was some school reunion where everybody was drunk and creating a ruckus in lawn disturbing our sleep. I would say ot is a very poor ***agement. Kindly think twice before staying 8n this hotel.

This hotel can be evaluated in 2 ways. 1. General evaluation. 2. Regional evaluation. My general evaluation is a mediocre hotel, a 3-star hotel but it can be called a good hotel according to the regional conditions. I saw and visited a few more well-known hotels in the region and I can say that jungle book is one of the best hotels in the region. The staff is very nice, respectful and helpful. ***y of the staff speak English. The service offered in the restaurant is good. It has a very extensive menu. Although the rooms are large, they have their shortcomings. rooms and bathrooms are old need refurbishment. the garden is beautiful. It is a small hotel with two floors. Although the rooms are exactly the same, the price of the 2nd floor rooms is higher. As a result, if you go to the region, I can say that it is one of the best hotels to stay.

Worst experience. Bad staff, poor amenities and poor food quality, extremely worst ***agement. Room rent excessively high. The breakfast is complementary but is not served for more than 2 individuals.

At the very inception I would appreciate the quality of staff and food The property was higlited to be a 4 star one which was tgrossly exaggerated , the commod seat in the bathroom was shifting had cow webs in the bathroom switch outside bathroom was broken Room TV did not run due to lack of NON PAYMENT Property had a single restaurant no gym or bar The most disappointing was the booking you had to pay 50% before you even enter the property and balance 50% at the fron desk while checking it reflected the propert ***agement had no trust on boarders or ***y might have run away without paying Stayed in ***y star accommodation pan India they simply do the booking on credit card and has cancellation policy without deduction. Well written enough but did not expect Madhya Madarihat JUNGLE BOOK had such high standards
