The hotel was very close to beach and restaurants. We staid in the room with sea view but it was not the better choice even we paid 20 euros more. It was very noise in the room because of very busy road in front of the hotel.

Βρεθήκαμε στο ξενοδοχείο για μια διανυκτέρευση. Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο είχαμε ζητήσει διπλό κρεβάτι και αντικρίσαμε 2 μονά. Μετά από επικοινωνία με τη ρεσεψιόν μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο στο οποίο είχαν ενώσει δυο μονά και είχαν βάλει διπλό σεντόνι. （ΑΣΧΟΛΙΑΣΤΟ） . Μπαίνοντας στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν ακαθαρσίες στη λεκάνη , μύριζε άσχημα . Ο πάγκος του νιπτήρα ήταν βρώμικος και το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου ήταν γεμάτο άλατα . Τα σεντόνια μύριζαν άσχημα όπως και οι πετσέτες . Οι μπαλκονόπορτες δεν έκλειναν καλά με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει κρύο στο δωμάτιο . Το a/c δεν λειτουργούσε ενώ όταν καλέσαμε μας είπαν οτι δουλεύει κανονικά . Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε παράθυρο και οι πόρτες άνοιγαν με δυσκολία και έκλειναν απότομα . Και το κορυφαίο , φεύγοντας από το ξενοδοχείο αναγκαστήκαμε να κατεβάσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας από τον 4ο στο ισόγειο στα χέρια επειδή το ασανσέρ δεν λειτουργούσε . Η εμπειρία ήταν άσχημη , το μόνο καλό ήταν οτι είχε όμορφη θέα ! Αλλά μπροστά σε όλα τα αλλά τι να το κανεις ; Χαμένα 75€ ! Η υγιεινή είναι ένα κομμάτι το οποίο χρειάζεται προσοχή ειδικά για εμάς τις γυναίκες ! Πολύ λυπάμαι , περισσότερη προσοχή !

Το προσωπικό πραγματοποίησε επιτυχώς κάθε επιθυμία μας! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ τίμιο για την κατηγορία του!!! Και από το πρωινό δεν έλειπε τίποτα ! Τέλος το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε εξαιρετική θέα στην θάλασσα.

Do yourself a favor and just say no! They gave an older woman one of only three rooms on the 6th floor which does not have elevator access. It is 100 degrees outside and inside the hallway and stairway of said floor. The key didn’t work. The air conditioning didn’t work. And look at the photos to see the dangerous hazard they consider a balcony. May I change rooms? No. Can someone fix the air? No. Just say no to this place.

Galaxy hotel is a good place to stay, if you want a mid-way experience. First of all, the prices are not high, so your expectations also shouldn't be :) Located 30 minutes away from downtown of Athens, with a great tram and bus connections, this place is conveniently located for also the big city experience and the beach experience. Rooms are clean and equipt ok. However, the space is limited and if your room is looking at the beach (which looked so attractive when we were booking our stay) this is where the nightmare begins! Just in front of the hotel is a boulevard, which seems like a real high way! Although the rooms have a nice balcony, we never used it since the dust and the noise is so bad and very disturbing. Breakfast offer was ok, a simple continental breakfast with a limited, but nice selection of courses. However, the courses are the same every day. Although it is a ok place for a 3 star hotel, and we didn't expect too much of it for the price we paid, the boulevard experience has lower our impression much more.

Why on earth after booking a room six months ago would a hotel cancel a booking with only days before arrival!!!! Going to book!!! Don’t bother. Find a hotel that will keep to the agreement and not leave you in the lurch days before the stay very frustrating to say the least.

Great view, very clean rooms with everything needed, good price, and, above all, professional friendly staff. BUT the horrible noise coming from the rapid road nearby was traumatising. The window panes could not keep the traffic noise outside so at night we literally had the feeling that the windows were open and we needed to stuff things into our ears to be able to sleep. Breakfast was also a bad experience. Apart from the fact that I'm a vegan and all I had to eat was tomatoes, cucumbers and musli with water, when my friends went to have breakfast a bit later (still in schedule) couldn't find much left, even cutlery and coffee were scarce. All in all, I wouldn't repeat the experience!
