奧萊背包客青年旅舍(Ole Backpackers Hostel)

Avevo prenotato qualche mese fa 4 notti in questo ostello, avendo avuto dei problemi non sono riusciuto a partire per Alicante ..comunque contattai subito BOOKING con il quale avevo fatto la prenotazione che mi mise in contatto con questo ostello che spiegata la problematica mi inviò dopo qualche giorno un voucher per le 4 notti da recuperare valido sino a dicembre 2023! Li contattati una settimana fa telefonicamente e tramite mail, inviando lo stesso voucher che mi avevano inviato loro , hanno negato di averlo mai emesso e che sicuramente mi sbagliavo di ostello, con tanto di logo,date,numero di prenotazione!! Ho provato a chiamare almeno una decina di volte ma appena sentivano la mia voce attaccavano il telefono.. Negare l'evidenza in questo modo lo trovo un comportamento deplorevole e locali così non dovrebbero lavorare...diffidate di questo posto!!

Boendet är inte rent och finns mycket dåligt service ( ingen handdukstork ingen rent toalett och badrums) Rummen är ohygieniska, det finns ingen ventilation, de är kvava och mörka. Vi var 12 personer på ett små rum . Det var värsta boende runt hela mitt liv . Mvh Haytham

Excellent location, excellent staff. Your shower rooms were not discreet when having a shower and it felt intrusive and uncomfortable when having a shower.

I booked 3 days at the hostel one hour before my flight departure and there was an issue resulting in me not being able to fly. I immediately within the hour cancelled my booking and was told I would be charged for the entire stay as their policy was you need to cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Obviously that was impossible for me so I used *********** option to ask for an acceptation. After not receiving any communication i continued to communicate with *********** to resolve this on my behalf. Now almost 2 months later I finally am told I was marked as a “no show” and because the booking was 2 months ago I had left it too late to ask the special refund request (that of which was requested one hour after my booking). I’m upset that I did everything I could to communicate with the hostel and explain my situation but the blame still landed on me as if I never bothered to show up. They did not communicate back to *********** no mayself to resolve this issue after attempting many times to contact them.Terrible customer service as I did everything I could to communicate my situation yet was still put down as a “no show” which they clearly knew I was not.

FANTASTIC STAY, the staff (mainly the young ladies) were so friendly and efficient and hard working, always cleaning and checking that things were OK. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, location was great, kitchen was sufficient and the outside area was cosy. I would certainly recommend this hostel.

This is a hostel, not a hotel. Close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. Rooms spacious enough, nice to have reading light and electricity socket at each bed. There is pub crawl. Not sure about other activities. Good for inexpensive stay.

Location was great and staff was very friendly and welcoming. But the building was in bad condition (shower drains were leaking, one of the toilets out of use cause of a leak, overall space was small and walls were thin so you could easily hear noise).
