Nice place for relaxing, It is calm place and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious and good

Hotel très calme dans le parc de Montaza. La piscine est belle, le personnel est sympathiques, même si parfois il ne parle pas anglais. Les chambres restent toutefois petite, mais la salle de bain possède une douche à l'italienne. Le petit déjeuner manque de choix, L'hôtel est propre et la literie de qualité. Bonne adresse pour Alexandrie

اجازه سعيده الفندق علي مستوي عالي من حيث النظافه والادب والاحترام اخص بلشكر الانسه ساره والانسه هاجر كما اخص العاملين بالمطعم محمد ونور الإفطار ممتاز وبه كل الأصناف الجميله موقع الفندق متميز وسط حدائق المنتزه الجميله اكيد ارشح الفندق لكل أصدقائي يوجد أيضا مطعم جميل جوار الفندق علي البحر مباشره جميل جدا

فعليا حسيت اني سافرت رحلة عبر الزمن ، فخامة و شياكة و انعزال عن العالم و هدوء. الأثاث و الديكور الملكي الفاخر. وجوده داخل حديقة المنتزة يجعلك لا تحتاج للخروج منها. تجربة رائعه و مختلفة و متميزة مع وجود موظفين متميزين يقدمون الخدمة دون ازعاج و يرفضون اي اكرامية.

Very expansive to go and take a swim on the beach, it will cost you 1000 egp (1 person) beer that cost 40 egp in a central bar will cost you 150 egp. The service is average. Beer came to us in room temperature. Good pool to hang around and good peace of the ocean, but still pricey

The hotel is a royal guest house with Amazing design and furniture unique location very beautiful and quite royal park close to Al Nuzha royal palace great staff friendly and helpful perfect furniture and room size Good breakfast fabulous swimming pool you will treated as king and queen during your visit. 🔴 the hotel have a K9 security dog he is very hungry they just feed him old toasted bread and the dog have one meter length lech only he can not walk or move I wish from the manager and all the staff to take care of this dog and treat him in better way pls pls This dog need to eat walk and run every day and you have a big garden which you can release him inside and you have a restaurant which can prepare a better soft healthy food for the dog 🐕🔴 The hotel is Adult friendly children not allowed to stay. The experience was very nice , special thanks to the professional stuff for shwoing care and hospitality , all of them deserve an appreciation.Amazing historical palace ❤ I only had some points for my rating 1-One of the hotel advantages that its located inside El Montaza palace area that is unfortunately under constructions nowadays so rooms aren't garden view as shown in pics attached and you will find the hotel as if it is located in isolated area 2- If you love history you will love the room even if it's not large enough and windows are the old style one but the bathroom is renovated although u need 2 wait for 2 minutes after opening water tap to have hot water 3-pool is good but dusty , u can't see your lower body inside the pool when u stand in ,that wasn't expected from a 5 stars hotel specially Helnan 4-Breakfast was quite simple , yoghurt production date was 25 April , its 4 May 2day Thats all :D, i will love 2 visit helnan palace again after El Muntaza transional phase

I went there with my wife for one night in the weekend and it was amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, The GYM is very good and the machines are almost not used before, the room is a little bit small but it was great, the style is amazing, definitely will try it again, the only thing we didn’t like is that It's located inside the Montazah Park which is being renovated so we had to drive in a route that's totally not suitable for cars.
