Welcoming and professional staff who offer up a free drink on arrival. They’re enthusiasm and job knowledge is a credit to the hotel. Nothing seemed too much bother. The public areas are immaculate with a wonderful refreshing and relaxing fragrance. Our room (103) was lovely. Practical and luxurious! Breakfast was 5-star and exceeded our needs. The pool and sun terrace were ideal for sunbathing and sitting in the shade. We used the spa on the last day and it was immaculate. It needs to be booked, but it feels like your own private area making it more relaxing. The location couldn’t me more central, so ideal for walking around alcudia for meals. We parked our car near the bull ring in a free public car park and it was only a short walk to the hotel. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.

我和我的女朋友今年8月底在非常美麗的阿爾庫迪亞村度過了一個週末。我們在Can Simo Hotel度過了兩個晚上,非常抱歉地寫了我們曾經有過非常不愉快的經歷。房間還可以,傳統,設備齊全,但我們發現我們的房間不是位於酒店主樓,而是在從露台到露台餐廳的依賴中,人們正在用餐,此外還有烤架把他所有的煙都散落在房間的一側,隨之而來的是燒焦的食物的味道。儘管這個小問題可能與非常旺季有關,但令人無法接受的事情是在早上醒來,在我女朋友的頭上旁邊的牀枕頭上有一個非常大的黑色。一旦我們發現並殺死它,我們顯然報告了接待女士發生的事情,她基本上告訴我們“我們非常抱歉,很難解決”。我們沒有得到任何形式的退款,任何額外的服務或其他一些我們認爲不可接受的東西,當你睡在一個漂亮的島嶼,如馬略卡島,在一個自命不凡的昂貴的小酒店。不幸的情況可能會發生,但沒有得到任何支持或道歉是不能接受的房間的價格。

Magnifique a l’écart des blocs d’immeubles de la ville Rénove avec goût Piscine superbe avec bar s cocktail délicieux a 5 euros Accueil très agréable Merci ! Nous reviendrons ! ( seul bémol les occupants voisins peu discrets et en Espagne les murs ne sont pas épais)
