阿爾考本達斯鄰近Parque Tematico del Barco Pirata的飯店

On day 1 we asked for the room to be cleaned whilst we were out exploring the area. When leaving our room, our suitcases were left open on the floor with valuable possessions left on the side including perfume, woke laptop/phone jewellery as we expected these items to be safe within our locked room. Upon our return we found our possessions had been rummaged through with our suitcases being emptied and couldn’t locate a perfume bottle (£150 value). The next day we spent the day searching for the missing item which was not located. To our knowledge this is the only item that was taken but have yet to fully go through our suitcases which were tampered with. We reported the item missing to reception after we throughly checked our room to which we were told the staff were aware of the perfume ‘incident’. When questioned they said upon arrival to the room the perfume was already smashed. This was inaccurate as the item was not left on a smashable surface and we would not have reported the item missing had we broken it ourselves. The staff failed to apologise or inform us of the incident, and when questioned all staff were knowledgeable about the ‘incident’. After trying to resolve the situation, they then accused us of having smashed the bottle ourselves instead of offering to rectify the situation or offering a solution. The item was obviously stolen as we didn’t smash it and, had they accidentally smashed the perfume whilst cleaning, the room would have smelled potent given it was a brand new, full bottle of perfume. We asked to speak to the manager who was rude, changed her story multiple times after consulting with back of house, laughed at us and said she couldn’t understand us despite speaking perfect English. We were also told to “f*ck off” and to contact the police if we wanted anything done about the situation. Would not recommend staying here.

I must mention the noise, not the Hotels fault, but the uneducated people who every hour or so during the night simply accessed their rooms talking loudly. I no longer live in Spain, and haven't done so in a very long time, so didn't remember what the Spaniards can do to your mental health, in a negative way! The Hotel is modern, less expensive than say the Ibis ( in which I am sure I would have had the noisy night also), and including breakfast, which was OK, I suppose. Parking, a free option outside is insufficient. If full I guess you are bound for the underground option at 9 euros a night. The reception area is on the 1st floor, one up from the Ground floor

Clean lobby and rooms. Not the most modern decor, but as a visiting sports team it was fine for the group. Rooftop pool is welcome in the heat, but is shallow (not for doing laps) and there is plenty of seating outside. Buffet breakfast is only ok.

比我想象的好很多，老闆熱情，房間是源自別墅改建的，但是房間很大，窗戶很多並且通風，還有空調，周邊都是高級別墅，很幽靜，開車去打折村大概20分鐘，開車去購物中心大概10分鐘，對於自駕游而言是很好的選擇，總之非常棒。

酒店的名稱有點誤導，因為它離任何一個機場航站樓都不是很近。它位於聖塞巴斯蒂安德洛斯雷耶斯，距離馬德里機場 4 號航站樓 6 公里。從最近的通勤火車站（cercanias，C4 線 Alcobendas/San Sebastian de los Reyes）步行到酒店需要將近半小時。然而，乘坐出租車從機場到酒店只需 10 分鐘車程。如果你想節省時間，我推薦出租車。大約20歐元。酒店本身非常好。大堂很時尚，房間很漂亮，一切都很乾淨。良好的客戶服務和前台友好的工作人員。但要注意位置，特別是如果你第二天有早班飛機。酒店旁邊是 Plaza Norte 2 購物中心，提供各種購物場所和餐廳。

很好很乾凈，停車也很方便，一天七歐元。旁邊就有一家飯店，味道還不錯。可以好好吃頓西班牙大餐。

El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.

美麗的酒店就在聖塞巴斯蒂安河邊。入口大廳是帕拉蒂亞爾。我很幸運得到了升級的房間,而且很大!工作人員真的很友好和熱情。位置優越 - 它使這家酒店成爲探索這個華麗城市的完美場所。
