The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

The room was cozy, but the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped in a while, and the carpet was a bit dusty. There were also some particles and hair all over the place. Under the bathroom door, since it’s low to the ground, it caught a lot of dirt and debris. There was even a hairball and other stuff under it! The pool was also murky and didn’t look clean. I was a bit disappointed because I spent almost $400 for two nights. I think it could be a great place if the cleaning was better. It had a really cool background story, and I hope they can improve the cleanliness part. I’d definitely be back if they do!

This was a trendy property with a unique vision, but we were very disappointed with the lack of communication for basic needs (rooms are not cleaned daily, parking is impossible after 8pm because of the bar, yet we pay $12 a night, etc…) We stayed 5 days and our room was cleaned ONCE. I was told I was texted this information, yet their wifi lacks reliability. Be aware that you are strictly rationed 1.5 towels per person, and exactly one teabag, one coffee pod and one creamer per person. I really wanted to love this experience and the emphasis on supporting local artists, but it’s clear management is cutting corners to save money and their staff is doing their best to manage the rules. Putting responsibility on paying customers is modern, but it’s just being cheap and that sadly ruins the experience.

The best deep sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a lot of unique features that we enjoyed.

Absolutely awesome staff, great location and I loved the amenities, like the pool and speakeasy! Highly recommend!!

I originally discovered this hotel during New Mexico Burlesque Festival a couole years ago and attended the after parties at the SpeakEasy. Didnt stay there during that trip, but was really interested in staying. I thought it had a cool vibe, and I love refurbished gems. I travel through Abq often between Texas and Vegas...so decided to give it a shot. Loved it. I wish there was more parking because i had to park my car behind the building the first time, but that only happened once. So yes Ive been back a handful of times. Ive enjoyed it immensely , love that i could walk to nearby establishments, definitely want to try the spa and hot tub, and spend more than one night in passing. Its unique, comfy, artsy but not pretentious, and I definitely route fir this gem to do well and keep with their unique experience and continue to grow etc. Its a pretty cool spot, but still private enough when you just want to chill. Coming back each time I can when i pass through town and need to stop. Its a great "route 66" experience and one of those places that definitely can be chatted about in cool memories about traveling the historic route and definitely a stand out to recommend to others. Not just a hotel/motel, an experience!
