房間乾淨整潔，設施有點老舊基本就是美國老式酒店的標配。主要是離熱氣球的地方近，第二天一早就可以趕過去坐熱氣球比較方便

The overall property is aged and ran down. The shower curtain rods were broken and you could not use the shower curtains to contain the shower water. My PTAC went out the 2nd night there and I slept in 85 degree plus temps (or didn't sleep). The people running the hotel responded by putting me in a new room, and that was very good. Only complaint is that the owner of the facility needs to invest in his property

******* overbooked and they did not have a room available even though I had a reservation. Didn’t look like a single parking space was available anyway. Would not have been my choice anyway but my preferred brand was sold out for some reason. I don’t know where fault lies for overbooking.

Arrived with prepaid reservation. Told there may not be a room due to uncleaned rooms. Front desk attended was frazzled but very polite and trying to accommodate. We ended up having a cleaned room. Beds were very comfortable. Room appeared clean but property dated. Hallways dirty.

First room wasn’t clean when o checked in at 5:30pm. 2nd room had poop/blood smeared above toilet, and the shower curtain was almost ripped out of the wall, also, the blackout curtain had holes tore into them and they wouldn’t stay shut.

Our stay was very nice. For the first time in Albuquerque, I felt safe at a hotel. Staff was very friendly and everything was clean. Would recommend and would stay again.

Fast and Friendly check in. Hotel and Guest rooms are very clean, breakfast was stocked and had a good variety, altho the run down area around the area was not so attractive! Thank you Burque♡
