Too much noise outside, you can hear the cars on the highway, it's difficult to sleep, the heating didn't work

When we pulled up and checked in we proceeded to go to the room which looked like the door jam had been broken into!! We went into the room and the sheets were stained and the restroom floor looked very nasty and had burns on it! I would not recommend

Me dieron 2 veces una habitación sucia ( camas destendidas y hasta pañales en el piso !!! ) inclusive una de las veces me dieron una habitación ya ocupada lo cual puso en riesgo la seguridad del huésped que estaba ahí y la mía. Para terminar de hacer más difícil la experiencia contacté a ******* para explicar la situación y pedir una cancelación ya que no quería hospedarme ahí ( no lo haré NUNCA MÁS ) y el trato fue peor ! No quisieron ayudarme y con poca empatía se limitaron a decir que no podían hacer nada, que simplemente debía perder mi dinero si quería irme para otro sitio.

This Motel 6 shocked me, and I have stayed in many dozens in every part of the country and in diverse settings from isolated to urban. First, there is a gate and fence surrounding the property. Street people clumped on the sidewalks just outside and some wandered in and out from rooms. I waited to check in behind a patron that complained his door would not close. After some delay addressing that situation, I was given a 2nd story room with the explanation that there were no more 1st story rooms available. I could not get either of the cardkeys to work. So I had to carry all my bags back to the car. The desk then gave me a room on the 1st floor, after saying that there were none available! At first I could not get either cardkey to work, but an employee who said he was an independent contractor tried both and used a shimmy technique that got one card key to work, but it was erratic and the door security seemed very bad. The room had no light in the tub/toilet area, no light near the bed, the AC was minimal but very noisy, and the room smelled of stale tobacco. The Wifi password did not work. There was not a picture on the wall. The grubbiness and meanness of the interior matched the exterior where there was a real air of criminal activity. This was a plain freaky place to stay. The next morning I woke to see an attendant picking up trash in the parking area, a young woman who may have been a student walk through, the same clusters of streetpeople congregated.

Couldn’t get into rooms keys where not working After several attempts one room opened but room smelled horrible.. Got offered two more rooms Again couldn’t get into rooms after two attempts and walking up stairs twice we left Still waiting on a call back for a refund

1st room no lights tv broken they change my room 2nd room no tv signal change my room again toilet clogged water dripping down, no batteries for the tv the whole experience was terrible the people was 7/10 friendly what happened to the maintenance guy

Pésima habitación,tenía muchas cucarachas uno no podía dormir pensado en que se le iban a subir las cucharas en la recepción pésimo servicio

Terrible conditions, dirty floor, cockroaches everywhere. the entrance door to the room broken. At least the bedding and towels were clean.

This is the worst motel room I have ever had!. The reception clerk didn’t’ know which room were occupied. It took three trips to rooms 118, 128 find an empty room. Then room 128 had been smoked in and was foul. Then one of the maids told us that room 134 and go get a key. We did, returned to reception and got a key card. Room 134 was clean but not much else. One of the beds didn’t have a top sheet. The bathroom sink was plugged up. The TV didn’t have a signal. There was no waste basket . Apparently, there were squatters in some of the rooms that reception was unaware of .Its was obvious that management had no idea, or perhaps, didn’t know how to fix the situation.
