After arriving to our hotel (which had been booked a month prior and confirmed just the day before via email), we unloaded our many bags into the lobby, then we were told by the front desk staff we had been relocated to a different hotel because of overbooking. We loaded up again, and proceeded down the road to another hotel. There we found the lobby air conditioner was broken, so unloading with our two small children was extremely uncomfortable. We got to our room, which was smaller than the one booked and did not have a full kitchen as was reserved at the other hotel. Then, we discovered the pool was closed for maintenance, which was part of our evening plans with small children. Luckily there was an air conditioner in the room that was functioning, but it was so loud when turning on (every 20-30 minutes), that it disrupted our sleep all night long. Thankfully there was one promised amenity that worked fine, which was the shuttle to get to to the airport.
