Dont expect a Homewood style of service in this location. Poor breakfast service. Most of the customers were just told no breakfast even though it's 8.15am This happened on the new year. Rooms were ok. Anyone can listen to a conversation inside the room.

We only stayed the night while stopping through on our way to Colorado. The hotel was clean, had appropriate space, and friendly staff. However, there is extremely inadequate sound insulation. The people above us checked in somewhere between 1am and 2am and woke us up with whatever they were doing to unpack and this continued well until 3 or 4 am. There was stomping and slamming of drawers or at least it sounded like it. I did ask the front desk to ask them to tone it down, which they say they did, but the loud banging and stomping continued to wake us up until they were finished. This did not allow for the rest I needed after driving about 10 hours with another 6 or 7 left to go.

We were told the hotel was overbooked and we couldn't have the room we reserved then we waited 2 hours past checknin time because they didnt have ANY clean rooms. We were told repeatedly 45 min wait for cleaning then after 2 hours i demanded the next clean room and 10 mins later we had a room but i wasnt a king suite nor a mountain view which we paid for. We didnt even get a discount or apology or anything.

We chose this Hotel because of the Hilton Brand. I’m the room the couch was extremely dirty and one end looked like a dog chewed it. The bed spread was also dirty. The bathroom light had no lens cover. The dishwasher leaked. We had to try 5 different ice machines before we found one that worked. The hot tub jets didn’t work and was only 90 degrees. When I brought these issues to the front desk, all I got was “ thanks for letting us know” We will not be going back.

The toilet was broken. I tried bringing it to attention first thing in the morning with the front desk lady and she responded with our maintenance is out till 12. The downstairs bathroom was being cleaned so it was closed. They offered me a plumber which came 20 minutes later. They handed it to me to do the job which it did not work. I went back down to office and let them know im no plumber or maintenance person but im a guest. They said they would give me points for a free stay but I never got those. I wasn't even offered another room just so my family could go use the restroom. That was unbelievable!

No extra tissue pool was closed only one elevator was working no security terrible breakfast one remote that worked no body soap or extra towels we had to go to the main lobby to get them won't be staying here again

After arriving to our hotel (which had been booked a month prior and confirmed just the day before via email), we unloaded our many bags into the lobby, then we were told by the front desk staff we had been relocated to a different hotel because of overbooking. We loaded up again, and proceeded down the road to another hotel. There we found the lobby air conditioner was broken, so unloading with our two small children was extremely uncomfortable. We got to our room, which was smaller than the one booked and did not have a full kitchen as was reserved at the other hotel. Then, we discovered the pool was closed for maintenance, which was part of our evening plans with small children. Luckily there was an air conditioner in the room that was functioning, but it was so loud when turning on (every 20-30 minutes), that it disrupted our sleep all night long. Thankfully there was one promised amenity that worked fine, which was the shuttle to get to to the airport.

We had planned to stay at this hotel for two nights while in ABQ. We ended up leaving after one night. The carpets in our room were dirty or stained. Same with the blankets on the beds. If we hadnt gotten in so late at night, we would have left without staying the night. Grout in the bathroom was crumbing. TV in the living area didnt work correctly. The hotel pool was closed and evidently not in working order because we were told it needed to be inspected.

The shuttle took over 40 mins to arrive. Will not stay here again.
