Crowne Plaza 阿爾伯克基(Crowne Plaza Albuquerque)

Nice hotel, but not as convenient. People are nice. We went to a great restaurant recommended by the staff. Thanks

Hôtel très propre, chambre conviviale et fonctionnelle, personnel accueillant. Notre chambre avec balcon donnait à l'est avec vue sur les montagnes et l'autoroute, donc un peu bruyant la nuit, mais rien pour briser notre expérience très positive de cet hôtel.

This was a great stay with the exception of the very judgmental front desk staff. There were two employees judging each guest determining how worthy they were of the stay it felt like. One employee stood there looking at each desk up and down with an off putting stare at each guest. Then the fellow at the desk helping was very odd. The first thing he told me upon my arriving and standing in front of him was that he asked for my drivers license. I gave him it and he quickly said “oh no we do not rent to locals no way”. I didn’t know how to respond with his tone of voice. I said “I apologize I didn’t know that ahead of time I’m unsure how I was able to book a room because I supplied my license when booking”. He then said he would take it this time and he proceeded to look up my reservation. I tried more then once to give him the itinerary number attached to the stay but he straight out refused it. He told me first he couldn’t find my reservation and then he said that he found two reservations. Upon me inquiring I was told I had the two reservations but I was unable to cancel one of them which made no sense. Then he decided I could stay but that he did not want my credit or debit card for incidentals. I had to have my adult daughter come with a direct bank card and he then gave me the room key pretty much without needing her for anything. It was a total mess yet during the same time I saw him cancel and book rooms for many other people. It was clear he did not like me.

The hotel bar was very slow. There was one bartender/waitress that was rude towards customers and her co worker. She broke glass and still poured the drink and told customer it was fine cause the glass did not fall into drink. They clean the ice out with hot water guess what? NO borken glass in the ice so where did that glass fall into? Lol crazy Iris, please get it together. Overall nevee stayed there and i liked it.

I was very disappointed with the communication. I called over a week in advance to assure we would have access to an open pool. The whole reason I booked a hotel was for the pool. There was also no fridge, or microwave which is very inconvenient. Overall not satisfactory.

Front desk staff was friendly, room was not what we expected, order a king room and they gave us an handicap room. No menu for room service, No refrigerator for anything. Ice you had to go to the second floor to get it. Will not stay here again.

The staff was nice, hotel was ok. Problem is, I booked specific for a pool, hot tub, and sauna. They were all closed. If I would have known that. I would of definitely looked elsewhere… with no amenities, way to expensive

Everything was great, only inconvenience was the pool not being open. Would’ve been a great view of the pool had been open or at least cleaned. The kids were disappointed they weren’t able to go down for a swim the two days we stayed there.
